The work I requested was challenging: make high quality PDF copies of 55 years old architectural drawings. The drawings are large but faded. I left it to the expert judgement of the ARC team to decide exactly how to make the copies. The results were excellent: remarkably clear color copies of these old drawings with which we can now easily work and share with our consulting engineers. ARC's service was extremely fast (less than 24 hours) and the price was less than I expected. Professional window tinting without any bubbles or flaws. The lifetime Warranty is a huge perk and the UV resistance makes a big difference in the summer when its super sunny and hot. “An excellent business with truly excellent customer service! I needed a very fast replacement of a custom name badge. I called and emailed on a Friday to find out if a rush job was possible, I placed the order, and by the following morning the new name badge was delivered to my doorstep. There was one very minor problem with the badge that required it to be repaired or replaced. I emailed again explaining the problem and got a new badge made, free of charge!

“Decent experience at this FedEx location off El Camino Real in San Mateo. Larger than expected interior, everything looked clean and well-maintained. In addition to sending packages, you can also make copies, or buy packing materials and birthday cards. The staff was helpful and efficient. The large free parking lot is shared with other businesses, but it can be a bit tricky getting in and out.”

“Over the past two weeks I’ve been working on several projects that required multiple visits to FedEx, and I had the pleasure of being helped by Fabricio Aviles, the store assistant manager. I can honestly say the level of service he provided was exceptional.

Fabricio handled a wide range of requests for me—some of them pretty complicated—and every single time he delivered. He was patient, solution-oriented, and incredibly knowledgeable about the best way to get things done. Even when I came in with unusual or difficult requests, he found a way to make it happen and made the entire process feel easy.

What really stood out to me is how consistently professional and helpful he is. Because of my experience, I ended up sending five different friends to that location over the past couple of weeks for their own shipping and printing needs. Every one of them came back saying the same thing: they never expected a trip to FedEx to be such a positive experience, and it was entirely because of Fabricio.

“Very nice staff member. I came in near closing and would have been easily out before closing if the self-service label printer was working. After scanning my pre-paid eBay QR code, it did not print. After waiting in line for assistance, my phone died as I went have them scan the QR code. She then brought out a phone charger so I could get it back up while she tried to wrap up the 2 people trying to print far too close to closing time when the machines automatically shut down at closing for security. She was then able to quickly print a label and a receipt. Moral of the story, don't be that rude person leaving far to little time to print before closing. Printing can be a long process when you aren't doing the simplest of print jobs. I also suggest purchasing shipping at home so you are either just dropping off or printing a label then dropping off. For complex print jobs, I suggest going to Office Depot. For simple shipping, use the USPS Click-n-Ship online or post office self-kiosk or wait in line at the post office.”

“Quick and efficient pickup of a large heavy package I had to send here because I needed a vacation hold. They let me use one of the dolly carts to take it out to my car.

For complex printing jobs go to Office Max and definitely don't go to UPS Store. For shipping, USPS is typically much cheaper except for large heavy items. For all shipping, it's always easiest to purchase and ideally print at home to minimize store hassle.”

“I use both the Palo Alto and the Mountain View FedEx offices printing... And the Palo Alto branch in particular has been extremely helpful with the Self-Service large format, printers, and any other printing services. Yesterday there was an incorrect printing of a document on both sides of the page on high quality paper - So I came back today to reprint, and they not only reprinted the 10-page document, but they also printed 5 other pages/docs for free to make up for my 2nd trip. It was such a refreshing customer service. experience! Coming back for all my printing!”

“I had to stop at a Fedex center as one of my supplier shipped us the wrong package and they needed us to reship it for their other customer. I couldn't do it myself online using their account numbers and was at the end of my rope in doing it, so I was very grateful to the kind, professional employee who was able to handle it so fast and ship it out easily. I had gone to UPS the day before as my supplier gave me Ups account to use at first and they couldn't do what Fedex was able to do. I am so glad this center could do it. Much gratitude!”

“Listen they tow cars, not a good way to make friends or 5 star reviews. However they are very professional, provide prompt service, very nice and helpful. If you see their name as the towing service for an apartment, follow the rules, they tow quiet and fast. If you need a tow company they are a solid choice.”
