“This was a great way to spend a morning/early afternoon! Saw a heap more of San Francisco than I though I would. The guide was great! My only real complaint would be at times the audio is hard to hear, especially being in an open air vehicle!

“I tried returning the car to the Folsom location on Friday night and they were closed. Was able to drop off the car here no questions asked. Treatment was incredibly friendly and was able to remove the additional day for I wasn’t charged extra without much effort/ explanation. Would definitely return rental cars with them again.”

Picking up the car was very easy, ans brining it back was also easy.
Very nice car, that has been washed and filled up before i picked it up.
Walked around the car with the staff to go around the scratches/dents that already existed to rule them out.
Carplay was installed for me by the staff.

“Used to rent from major car rental companies and was hesitant to try City Rent-A-Car. City Rent-A-Car service is fuss-free; they offer competitive rates; easy to locate car collection and most important, free late return till 11 pm at the same location where the car was picked up from the city. It is a pity that car offered were mostly compact, economy and mid-size, but it served its purpose. Due to its high frequency turn around daily, vehicle cleanliness can be improved but overall it is bearable. Highly recommended if you are looking for basic car rental to zip in and out of SF city daily without incurring the hefty overnight parking cost. Not forgetting friendly staffs Michael and Ogulcan.”

“We used this shuttle company for our recent offsite with ~40 people traveling to/from a venue about 2 hours from SFO, and they were fantastic from start to finish.
Inna was incredibly lovely to coordinate with — she even took the time to meet with me over Zoom ahead of the event since we had slightly complicated arrival/departure waves with people flying in from all over the country on different schedules. She was always quick to respond, accommodating with last-minute changes, and made a complicated transportation plan feel seamless.
Our team also had great things to say about the drivers — professional, punctual, and easy to work with throughout the week.
Would absolutely recommend them for corporate offsites, group transportation, or any travel coordination needs!”

“Was a bit hesitant when I read the reviews on Google Maps, but reserved a car regardless because it seems better than other places within walking distance.
There was a line of 4-5 people when I arrived with one gentleman at the counter, and another in the garage. The line moved swiftly and the total wait time was around 15 min possibly less..
The car they gave me was well taken care of, zero complaints. Overall I had a 5/5 experience here!”
“I booked to pick up by 5pm but my flight came in early. I came at 2:30pm to see if I can pick up early. She said she doesn’t have the car I booked available yet (understandable) but she was able to accommodate with an alternative car. She was very friendly. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. Car was clean.”
“I had a great experience here today, and what a stark difference from my last rental experience at a different agency. The check-in process was fast and easy (I reserved online), and the folks who helped me were very courteous and professional.
Reading other reviews just now, I sort of understand people's frustration when things don't work out well for them because I've been there before too, but their complaints seem to have more to do with Budget corporate or reservations and not reading the business hours in advance. To me they were quite clear that the business would be closed at noon on Sunday.”

It’s right across from the Moscone Center — very convenient. They have both Avis and Budget at the same location, and only electric cars are available.
We returned the car at SFO Airport and then took the Blue Line AirTrain to the terminal.
You need to make sure the battery is above 70%; otherwise, there’s a $35 fee if it’s between 10% and 70%.”

“Overall rental experience was good. Return was complicated, mainly because the place was *very* jard to find for an out of towner. The lot was small and overcrowded, and the office was not very hospitable. But the attendant was friendly and did his best to help me. I was grateful to find a 1-way rental at all, so on balance and overall pleased with the experience.”

“I was really impressed with Kyle and his team in mill valley they are really courteous just low-key manner and the lady who washes the car is the best I’ve seen. I get dirty cars from the San Rafael location in Novato, but here they are thorough. I also found them be very honest and polite and I just it’s the best location in Marin County to rent a car. It’s not a large location, but if you’re gonna get a car here gonna get a clean one and respect they are just respectful and in contrast with the in Novato and SanRafael, just they don’t compare. I’m completely impressed with Kyle and his crews … just the way to handle the situation I had”
