Plenty of parking, I have notice recently that it's becoming a popular banking destination (I wonder why? ;) keep in mind nothing is perfect, but all around 👍”

There online could be a bit friendlier, but then again I'm an old guy navigating through websites is just tedious to me. I wholeheartedly recommend Unify. “We used Patelco for our home loan and couldn't be happier. Their rates were the most competitive, and they offered points back towards closing costs. On top of that our rate floated down once during the process saving us even more. The best part is the float down cost us nothing, it is complimentary with Patelco.
We worked directly with Cecilia Diaz, who was the most wonderful Loan Consultant I have ever dealt with. She is friendly and always took the time to walk through even the most mundane details. She responded to every phone call, and email within minutes, if not immediately, and was by far and away one of the highlights of our home buying experience. When we wanted to close early, she had everything lined up and ready to go immediately, and because of this we closed over a week earlier than expected. Oh and that float down rate I mentioned earlier, she reached out to me within the first hour of open to lock it in for us. I hadn't even had a chance to check rates for the day!
If you are shopping for rates in this market then look no further than Patelco, and if you want an outstanding individual to help you through the process than seek out Cecilia Diaz! Five stars!”

“I have had outstanding service from SF Fire Credit Union. I worked with several employees - Ashley, Hassan, Genie, and Erik - each of whom was professional, courteous, understanding of the time-crunch I was under, and did everything to help me accomplish the difficult financial situation I was wrestling with. I have worked with several other financial institutions; SFFCU stands out to me for their commitment to helping us customers deal with our issues.
My only caveat is that it's ideal to call Tuesday through Thursday, preferably not too late in the day. It's a small institution, and the folks you get on the phone aren't random call center people, but actual credit union staff.”
