“I just went there today 8/8/25 to return an Amazon package. My order had UPS as the nearest option for me to return, I always return to Kohls if the option is available which has never failed me. I was very apprehensive at first due to the reviews regarding Amazon returns as well as my own experience with several packages a couple of years ago where Amazon never received the packages. The return was fairly quick. I was in and out in a minute. Guy in the counter scanned my phone and gave me my receipt. I will wait and see if my package really gets sent back to Amazon or if I need to change my review.”

“I visited this place during a weekday before lunchtime. I found parking easily and it was free. I was here to ship an Amazon return. I had a QR code and Charlie printed out the labels for my two returns.
One thing that I appreciate about Charlie is that they acknowledged me as I came in and let me know that they would be with me in a few moments. I did notice that they were finishing up an another task, but it’s always nice just to hear the communication from the staff member.
Charlie helped my experience go by quick and easy and provided a receipt for me for my reference.”

One time, I used their fingerprint scanning service for a job application. No problems. Staff member was very patient.”

Despite a busy crowd, things flowed smoothly as Nikki worked multiple registers at the counter for maximum efficiency; she zipped through all the slightly complicated things I needed and I was in and out before I knew it. “First time at this PO. Mind you, I've been to many, because I mail packages back home a lot. It was small but had all the necessary supplies for shipping, even a couple of local cards. Michael is not too friendly. I'd describe him as serious but polite, and that may have to do with him probably being the only clerk there. If you don't mind waiting and in no hurry, it's convenient for those of us who live in the area. He's a huge Warriors fan! From all the fan gear posted. Bay area sports represented, of course!”

“I had a last minute notary today and called 5 places. No one could accommodate me. I saw the low score reviews for this location in redwood shores and called as a last resort. The gentleman that answered was very friendly and I spent maybe 14min from the time arrived until I left. The notary was really nice and patient with me. I had a great experience and I won’t hesitate coming here next time.”

“I’m getting a kick reading all of the negative posts about the “ rude staff” especially Marc. Marc isn’t rude, sarcastic yes, but he gives what he gets. If you’re polite and not demanding, it’ll all be good, if you’re rude, disrespectful or just stupid ( I’ve been in the store many times watching the interactions) then that’s exactly what you will get back.As far as Carlos and Anna, they are both very nice people, they are just trying to do the best they can dealing with the public. Anyone who has ever had to deal with the public knows this to be true.So for all of you crying about the terrible attitudes etc etc , maybe take a look at how YOU act.I’m not anyone’s buddy, just a long time customer who’s never had any issues with anyone.You get what you give folks, and as I brought up earlier, dealing with the public sucks.”
