“Suraj ?? Greetings. You are a hard worker for your family. Very rare do Bosses say, “He’s my best worker!” Your hard work speaks for itself, don’t allow one negative to repeat, tomorrow. New day, new page. Thankful for my local 7-11 crew !”

“Me and my husband had a good experienced with Dario and Jessia. They were both efficient and helpful. Overall I will rate their service from 1-3 as 3(yes) because they were both smart to explain everything clearly and we’re able to accomplished the reason for our visit. From 1-10 I’m giving 9 for recommending T-Mobile to my family and friends. Keep up the good job!”

“"I have over the last few years ordered quite a few hard drives and have standardized on Seagate Exos drives. Main reason is good experiences but more important 5 years of warranty. And drives do degrade over time. Now I always had services directly with Seagate so I was a bit reluctant to order from a Company that site between the OEM and me. So we had run a test at one point and found out that that SabrePC returned a replacement in less than half the time of Seagate and that gave me the confidence to order a dozen or so 16TB drives. So last week I started having issue with one of the drives (not a full failure) and returned it and after some direct interaction they shipped me a replacement. Being able to directly interact with customer support without feeling it goes into into a big backbox is a major advantage. So overall happy with the choice we made."”

“This is a nice and clean 7-11 store located at Dixon Landing Road x Milmont in Milpitas. I sometimes drop by here when my job takes me to Milpitas. Great location near the I-880 freeway, business offices, industrial and residential areas. The last time I was there was around 9pm on a weekday. They were stocking the store, and cleaning fixtures. What I noticed was they had a good amount of hot foods available for 9pm. They probably get a lot of business from nearby manufacturing plants and businesses with late night shifts. A reliable store like a 7-11 is important to late night shift workers. No one enjoys eating from vending machines. The store is well lit and spacious. FYI, 7-11s aren't allowed to cover their windows with posters and ads. You have to be able to clearly see into a store from the parking lot. The cashier was nice and friendly. I noticed lots of lottery scratchers on display at the counter. C-store counters are always jammed with little items. They want to catch your eye while you're standing in line. Overall, this is a nice 7-11 store. It's in a small strip mall with restaurants, and has a large shared parking lot. Open 24/7, Store only, no gas station”

“My mom and I spent a couple of hours here. Actually it was a back and forth from the two carriers. Won't mention the other carrier. We were served by Ashley. She was wonderful in helping us to get the right phone numbers. In all it took an hour and half. Must say major kudos to her. Yes, I definitely suggest her as well as this particular location.”

“this review is for michael who was super nice and helpful with activating my new iphone 15 pro. I had already bought the phone from apple but am not totally comfortable setting it up myself so I went in hoping for some assistance. michael was able to do everything for me, it was a $30 charge but I didn't mind because I left with my new phone connected and my backup on there all within about half an hour. I'm sure customer service varies on who helps you out but just wanted to give credit where it's deserved!”

“Very good service at this location. Kathleen helped me set up my business lines and was always there to answer all my questions. Even after I left I added lines and office phones and she was very helpful in making sure I had all I needed. I would recommend this location.”

“I was there! The 7-Eleven at North Milpitas Blvd and Washington Dr, just south of Dixon Landing. 7-Eleven is an example of a branded-standardized store. Each store has the same basic items and decor. That's important, because 7-Eleven wants you to trust that a store in Milpitas will carry the same basic items that your hometown store has. The only variables would be:-customer service-cleaniness-amount of stock on-hand-quality of hot foods (holding times)-safety, do you feel safe shopping here? I was at 7-Eleven in Milpitas for about 20-mins waiting for a coworker. I went inside twice to buy things. The cashier was cool and friendly. They were in the process of stocking up, so there were totes everywhere. The hot foods were mostly hotdogs and half a pizza. I would question the holding times. The inside of the store was clean and bright. I felt safe shopping here. The store has a large private parking lot. It doesn't link to the small strip mall next door. So the rather large lot is all 7-Eleven. In the 20-mins I was there, I only saw one person loitering around outside. In general, a good experience.”

“Clean and organized store, bright and like-new signage, not fully stocked but they had enough options for my needs, such as the peanut butter chocolate trail mix that I like. Didn't have my preferred beef jerky brand, but I tried Jack Link's and it was fine. The worker didn't know how to apply the rewards program (scan barcode or enter phone number) but got another worker to help out. Seemed more complicated than it needed to be, but I made it outta there without too long of a delay. And the 7-Select products they offer for some of their goods are comparable in taste and quality to pricier brands... their flavored sparkling water was yum!”

“Been here many times, and it serves its purpose and more every time, whether as a quick stop for lotto tickets or for cold drinks, any hour of the day or night. Love that this store offers rare and hard to find items I like, such as baja blast zero sugar soda, planters peanut butter chocolate trail mix (one of the few trail mix with no raisins), gardetto's special request garlic rye chips, as well as your typical taquito and hot dog options, big gulps, ice cream bars, and fresh fruit cups. Added perks include adequate parking spaces, 76 gas station, and even a car wash (Milpitas Auto Spa), with a lovely fountain next to the store that can be used for seating and perhaps enjoying a snack (you don't typically find that at other 7-Eleven locations). Service is efficient, with workers using two registers to minimize wait time for customers. Even when just one employee is working the front, I've seen them alternate utilizing both, so that slow customers don't slow down the line while taking their sweet time getting out of the way after making a purchase (if there's a line at all). I'm all about efficiency, so this a big plus in my book! Just what you need at a place like this, so you can be in and out in no time. Not every day nor every detail will be perfect, but I'm not basing my review off a single visit. I've had such a positive experience here over time, and the value seems fair for a convenience store, that I was convinced to join the 7-Eleven rewards program. Yup, they have that too :D”
