“I had a wonderful experience with Sally! I walked in right at 6:30 PM, which is their closing time, and she was still so patient, friendly, and helpful. She didn’t rush me at all and made sure I got everything taken care of. I really appreciated her positive attitude, especially since I came in at the very last minute. Thank you so much, Sally, for the great service! She definitely deserves some recognition!”

“What a completely different experience today at The UPS Store! A young lady named Tracy was absolutely wonderful! She greeted me with a warm smile and immediately made me feel welcomed. She asked what I needed help with and patiently answered all of my questions regarding tracking my return. It’s amazing how much of a difference great customer service can make. Tracy was kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping her customers. Because of the excellent service I received today, I will be making this my permanent location for all of my returns and shipping needs! Thank you, Tracy, for clearly caring about your customers and making my experience such a positive one. You’re a true asset to this location!”

“They’ve always been nice to us and our pups when we stop by! Both drop off of prelabeled and having them print labels has been smooth. I haven’t noticed any delay in ship-out either vs going directly to UPS or FedEx.”
