“I came in for notary services today and the employee was exceptionally thorough, professional, and patient. They made sure all details were handled perfectly. Highly recommend this location!”
“This is my go-to place for Amazon returns. Always fast and friendly service. Recently, they helped return an e-bike to the vendor, which is more complicated than expected. Regardless, this UPS store always provides great customer service.”
“Clean store with an Amazon return dropoff and friendly employees. Most of the negative reviews are directed at corporate, the employees are great.
Props to the employee on Saturday morning 9/12 that stayed professional, helpful, and friendly as some customer yelled at her for a solid 10 minutes about how the price of his shipments have gone up. Your local UPS employee doesn't set those things, take it up with corporate. She remained solid the entire time and deserves a raise from corporate, perhaps by the amount that guy has to pay on his packages...”
