We wash our pup here, and it's fairly easy, with good choices of shampoos. A "drive-by" vet comes to this location. While prices can be higher, feel like staff is trained and knowledgeable about pet food quality. While they stopped carrying our original brand, the staff member told me why, and gave a new recommendation!”

“Love this place, I think this was officially my first time in one of these in eons. This location has plenty of parking and is bigger than it looks from the outside.If you have trouble finding anything in particular just ask an associate and they can navigate you right towards the item or direct you how to obtain. I have yet to come across something that I could not find at this location and the prices for natural treats and selection are just right!Don't forget to stock up on holiday treats and play items for the fur babies, snooze you lose.”

My daughter has a hamster and the bedding we get is literally half the price that we would pay at a big pet store. They aren't the biggest, but they have a wonderful selection for all types of pets.”
“We frequent this store to use the self serve dog wash. You purchase tokens that you then put in the dog wash to start the water and air. Wish the machines just took credit cards instead of having to remember to bring the token pouch.Treats are pretty expensive here even with the big 3 get one free.They don't carry big brand labels, only grain free, raw and/or alternative diets.”
“Bought both a Baby Brooks Kingsnake and Cinnamon Ball Python here about a year ago, excellent genetics, Better selection of products and prices than other mom and pop shops.Random addition..... not sure why so many people compare mom and pop shops to the big box stores, they are on different levels. “This is the best place for gourmet cat treats! We got a ton of freeze dried treats for my cats and they loved it (chicken giblets, mussels and rabbit). It was so refreshing to see a pet store with so much to offer for cats since places are mostly catered for dogs. It also happened to be my cats birthday when we stumbled upon the boutique and got to buy him a custom birthday hat!! Definitely will be coming back”
“Friendly employees who seem like they genuinely enjoy what they do and take the time to talk to you. I also appreciate that they are always giving out treats and samples for our kitty. They carry local cat grass, the fancy dry food our Siamese requires, and the wet food that has become the only way he will take the medicine we need to give him. In addition, there are great sales and discounts on a regular basis. Thank you, Pet Food Express!!”

They now an adoption center within the store at the very back, and it's amazing that people can get to adopt these sweet pets!”

“This store has a ton of large fish breeds and insanely large fish. There's a decent amount of community fish. They seem to be a $1-2 more than a big box store. Unlike a big box store they don't have dead fish in every other tank. The fish also seem to be more mature.
I asked for 6 zebra danios. I told her there's a couple leopard danios in the bag. She said no the purple stripped ones are zebra. I said I know but that one has no stripes and I don't think that one does either. She said they were so I took her word on it. Turned out I got 4 leopards and 2 zebras but the store was too dark to tell.
Update I was able to take the leopard danios back and get zebras. For the hassle I was given an extra zebra.”

I asked for a stock check After she went to find the item I was asking about she offered to put them on hold for me. I expressed I would cut it close to closing and she didn't even express concern. “GROOMING— the staff at this location is amazing in the grooming salon. Everyone was so sweet to my dog getting groomed for the first time and gave me updates on how she did. Her coat looks beautiful and every part of her is perfectly groomed and clean. Dulce did a great job keeping her calm and making her look great!”
