“I always enjoy shopping at Pet Food Express! The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to answer questions and make great recommendations. They carry a really good selection of snacks, toys, and dry food for pets, so it’s easy to find exactly what I need in one stop.
One of my favorite features is their pet wash. It’s very well set up—comfortable to use, easy to manage even with a wiggly pet, and priced fairly. The equipment and space make the whole process smooth, and it feels much less stressful than trying to do it at home.

I feed my dog raw food Tucker's brand and it can be very expensive so that one bag extra helps so much in keeping my dog healthy and happy. For shots I have noticed the long lines for the service. It is a first come first serve so try to be 30min prior. They do not accept appointments.”
“We absolutely love this pet store. The staff are so nice and friendly. Their prices are really good for what we need. My daughter has a hamster and the bedding we get is literally half the price that we would pay at a big pet store. They aren't the biggest, but they have a wonderful selection for all types of pets.”

“This is the best place for gourmet cat treats! We got a ton of freeze dried treats for my cats and they loved it (chicken giblets, mussels and rabbit). It was so refreshing to see a pet store with so much to offer for cats since places are mostly catered for dogs. It also happened to be my cats birthday when we stumbled upon the boutique and got to buy him a custom birthday hat!! Definitely will be coming back”

“Happy that I can support local and buy pumpkins without having to pay tickets or pay parking or pay extra for pumpkins. This place is legit. I bought four pumpkins for my family to carve for less than $40. And they are awesome pumpkins. Plus this place has everything for all types of animals and pets. No crazy long lines, they had an area in the front that was decorated for the little ones to do some fun pumpkin, patch hunting, but for our needs to celebrate Halloween and carve some pumpkins as a tradition, this place had everything we needed without breaking the bank or wasting a ton of time with lines and chaos.”

“I called this location thirty minutes before closing. The girl who answered my call was very sweet and patient with me. I asked for a stock check After she went to find the item I was asking about she offered to put them on hold for me. I expressed I would cut it close to closing and she didn't even express concern. She even gave me a discount to what their website was offering. Bonus: she spelled my name currently and didn't even ask! She had them ready and waiting for when I walked in the door like this! Whoever you are 'kell' you're awesome! I will be shopping here from now on because of you.”

They carry local cat grass, the fancy dry food our Siamese requires, and the wet food that has become the only way he will take the medicine we need to give him. They also have many ancillary services, veterinary, bathing, grooming, schools, and nurseries. We offer these services to dogs in both California and Arizona.”
“Amazing customer service and adoption experiences. Not your typical corporate experience. Everyone who works here loves animals and has more than they can really keep.
They have consistently gone out of their way to give absolutely undivided attention to me and my pets needs. The head cashier took twenty minutes to sign me up for autoship, saving me a lot on my prescription food. And when there was an issue with my prescription for autoship, the customer service web and prescription team spent even longer to resolve it with my veterinary office.
We also had an amazing experience adopting here. To adopt out the overflow pets from the humane society, PetsMart works with a number of local nonprofits. PetsMart also give out dog and cat specific coupon books, with discounts on absolutely everything we needed to bring home the new pet.”
