“I take my 5 doggies here to get bathe every time. I also buy some of their food here also, they have great quality of food and toys for my doggies. I like that they keep their dog wash station very neat and clean. I would like yo add that they need to service their blow dryer because it needs to come out hot air instead of cold, and some of the spray gun leak when you have it shut off. Other than that this place is nice. And doggies love it!”

“Love this place, I think this was officially my first time in one of these in eons. This location has plenty of parking and is bigger than it looks from the outside.If you have trouble finding anything in particular just ask an associate and they can navigate you right towards the item or direct you how to obtain. I have yet to come across something that I could not find at this location and the prices for natural treats and selection are just right!Don't forget to stock up on holiday treats and play items for the fur babies, snooze you lose.”

“Definitely will cost you to come here, but how can you resist the cute things they have? They are 1 of 2 stores that sell dog cakes/treats and the other was closed on Mondays so I wasn't left with any other choices. I was grateful they waited for me a few minutes after closing. I made it quick and just grabbed a few things. I then made the mistake to ask if anything had peanut butter because my pup is allergic. Too bad for me, had to refund the cake and get something else for my Luna girl. They were accommodating but didn't say much. I am glad places like this exist! From collars to sports clothing, you can spend a lot of time in here browsing.”

“Fantastic find! My partner and I live at Artist's Walk Apartments in Fremont, and Bogie's was always in the periphery of our vision... I am originally from the San Mateo area and had been taking our mini aussie Harley to another place in San Carlos. Harley was well due a groom and our previous shop couldn't get her during the calendar month. Plus their rates had increased. We called Bogie's, and they offered an appointment as soon as the very next day! Great price and everyone was so friendly and hospitable. Harley isn't the easiest doggo, but they didn't bat an eye. We also picked up some treats and toys for our cat, Banksy. They offered an amazing discount on both our shopping goodies, and on the grooming since we were new customers. Highly recommend, and we will be going back. =]”

“I got my chihuahua mix in 2011 when it was downtown. My dog is kind of a finicky eater and I finally got her to eat fresh pet in the rolls but every where else they are all sold out. A really nice Lady took my name and number and ordered some for me. She said they will call me on Thursday. Perfect because I just have enough food to last. They will let me order every week or month now so I will never run out and I don’t have to pay the high delivery fee I was paying. They are soNice at Andy’s she gave my dog a treat while we were talking”

I find that sometimes in a "warehouse" style department store, the employees are hard to locate ( or the more embarrassing debacle of mistaking a fellow patron for a staffer cuz of the similar outfit ? ) But that wasn't the case for this location. The aisles were clean and well stocked. They even had my cat's favorite treats that I have not been able to find for months.”

“Smaller than our local Petco but the cashiers are just as friendly and always well stocked. Unlike the other store they always have Royal Canin regular dog food, both the cans and the kibble. Since that's the brand the shelter gets all the dogs accustomed to, it's well worth the extra drive time to just go here first.”

“Absolutely love this place. A year ago we built a pond with a waterfall and mermaid fountain and we got our fantail goldfish, high fin sharks, and a loach from King. They're thriving so we went again today and got two more loaches and four unique goldfish -- a combination of koi and Shubunkin -- and they're absolutely beautiful! One is blue, pink and white with black accents and I've never seen anything like it. The family that runs it is so friendly and helpful.”

Why does it take 3 minutes to scan and pay? Their POS system must be outdated.But staff is friendly and helpful, when you can find them. I guess that's how corporate saves money.”
