“My puppy and I have been there twice, the puppy was a little skittish, the caregivers there were friendly and first tried to befriend with the puppy with play and treats. One time I asked for an anal expression because I may have noticed some signs from puppy after he did his business, the lady said she would give it a try, if she didn't find anything she wouldn't charge me, indeed nothing was found, and I wasn't charged. Second time, puppy's nail on the dewclaw has grown too long, touching the pad that I didn't have the right tool at that time to cut it. Another lady took my puppy to the back, she was able to cut both nails on both dewclaws on the rear legs, the puppy was a little nervous and jumpy, the lady gave up on trimming other nails, and said she wouldn't charge me for just two nails. I am happy not only because I didn't get charged but also the way and care my puppy was treated, will go back for more treatments.”

“Ordering koi was very easy online. Wonderful koi collection. I was able to choose a delivery time for when I’m at home. Koi came in the time frame I selected. Box and bag were intact. Fish were lively.”

“I've been taking my fur baby to the pet wash stations since he was a pup. Pet food Express has been one of our favorites! The sink is deep enough for your fur baby, the dryer hose is long enough to work around them, and it's very affordable . Sometimes you may have to wait for a station due to being full, but overall this is a nice place to have a spa day for your pup!”

“I used to go to the Pet Club on Blossom Hill, but now that I've been to this location, I actually prefer it. Employees have always been super friendly, and they seem to have what I need in stock all the time. This Pet Club also seems taken care of more cleanliness wise.”

“Very helpful staff and goes above and beyond. Called about a cat food I could only get at another location and they asked specifically which one I had bought so they could start carrying it. Incredible effort.”

“Just brought my Yorkie mix to Blue Moon for a full grooming for the first time. The owner was very helpful, she asked about my concerns and the specific style I wanted. Since my dog is dealing with seasonal allergies, she explained what she could do thoroughly and gave me advice on home care. The haircut turned out exactly how I wanted, and my dog is so much more comfortable now. The price is also very reasonable. Highly recommend.”

“Great shop for hard-to-find holistic pet brands. The owner was very kind and sociable. We got very healthy and unique food and treats for our cats. The owner realized his store didn’t have the litter we were looking for (tofu litter — the best kind! not smelly and doesn’t track), so he decided to order some so the store has some next time. Wow! Exactly the kind of local business we should support. 🙏”

“Best place around, one of my favorite stores. The staff will be happy to guide you to some real, healthy, whole food options for your pets if that's something you're interested in. Everyone is always helpful and happy to see you. The front door is actually in the back of the building, and you can see the full service pet salon from the street! In a town full of the memories of awesome places to shop, this one is a gem that's still around. Pay them a visit, and bring your pet!!”

“Happy that I can support local and buy pumpkins without having to pay tickets or pay parking or pay extra for pumpkins. This place is legit. I bought four pumpkins for my family to carve for less than $40. And they are awesome pumpkins. Plus this place has everything for all types of animals and pets. No crazy long lines, they had an area in the front that was decorated for the little ones to do some fun pumpkin, patch hunting, but for our needs to celebrate Halloween and carve some pumpkins as a tradition, this place had everything we needed without breaking the bank or wasting a ton of time with lines and chaos.”

“I would like to share my experience at Petco Santa Clara. Having shopped at PetSmart Coleman for eight years, I am now inspired to switch. Associates were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable of their products. When asked questions, if they did not have an immediate answer, they researched it further, finding resolve. The store was clean, well organized/stocked. Additionally they carry Nulo dog food! Our personal favorite! From beginning to end the experience was pleasant. Check out was a breeze! The cashier was friendly, professional, and patient, a real plus for seniors! I highly recommend Petco Santa Clara!”

“I called this location thirty minutes before closing. The girl who answered my call was very sweet and patient with me. I asked for a stock check After she went to find the item I was asking about she offered to put them on hold for me. I expressed I would cut it close to closing and she didn't even express concern. She even gave me a discount to what their website was offering. Bonus: she spelled my name currently and didn't even ask! She had them ready and waiting for when I walked in the door like this! Whoever you are 'kell' you're awesome! I will be shopping here from now on because of you.”

“Christina was super helpful! We came in interested in hamsters, and walked out with not only a hamster, but with all the needed equipment and supplies. She answered all our questions, provided great information about each type of hamster, and gave us valuable insight into what bringing home a new hamster would entail. Best customer experience I've had in a long time.”

“This PetSmart is clean and has helpful and friendly staff that seem to enjoy working there. We visited to check out bird toys and their prices and selection were wonderful and the variety compared to other pet stores was so much better. The best was seeing how healthy and well their animals looked and their environment cleaner with more toys to occupy them.”

“I like this chain store very much. It has a wide range of products and varieties. Although the price is a bit expensive, you can buy everything very conveniently. They also have many ancillary services, veterinary, bathing, grooming, schools, and nurseries. We offer these services to dogs in both California and Arizona.”

“Good prices, good selection, people ARE friendly and will assist anyone with heavier items to their car. BUT they need to put more hay and check the water in their guinea pig cages and hamster cages. Guinea pigs need bigger areas to run around in.”

“Amazing customer service and adoption experiences. Not your typical corporate experience. Everyone who works here loves animals and has more than they can really keep. They have consistently gone out of their way to give absolutely undivided attention to me and my pets needs. The head cashier took twenty minutes to sign me up for autoship, saving me a lot on my prescription food. And when there was an issue with my prescription for autoship, the customer service web and prescription team spent even longer to resolve it with my veterinary office. We also had an amazing experience adopting here. To adopt out the overflow pets from the humane society, PetsMart works with a number of local nonprofits. PetsMart also give out dog and cat specific coupon books, with discounts on absolutely everything we needed to bring home the new pet.”
