I want to give a special shout-out to Kami, who went above and beyond during a very uncomfortable situation. While I was shopping a couple months ago, another customer began behaving in a way that made me feel unsafe. Kami immediately noticed, stayed close, intervened when necessary, and made sure I felt safe and supported afterward. Her compassion and quick action meant, and still means, so much to me and I can’t thank her enough.
I’ll continue to recommend PetPlus not only for their great selection, but for the incredible people who work there.

28401 Los Alisos Blvd, Mission Viejoi found katie through a local community group when i was looking for a pet groomer to make a house call to trim the nails of my sweet pup. when i met her, i was surprised to see how comfortable my dog felt with her right off the bat. she went up to katie with no hesitation and had a little bit of a tail wag. katie gave her some pets and they were off to the van for the nail trim! when they were back, ginger didn't seem stressed out at all and i could tell that katie made the effort to make her feel comfortable before trimming her nails. im so grateful to have found katie and i look forward to her coming back to trim gingers nails on the future!

My pup is a little over 18lbs and the lady makes me weigh him each time. Once he is over 20 lbs the price goes up! I recommend giving this place a try. Great for your back and legs since the tubs are much taller.

26852 Oso Pkwy, Mission ViejoDr. Han and his dedicated team saved our cat's life! Our beloved cat, Kiwi, had mysteriously lost almost 5lbs and was walking only in circles. We took her to 3 different veterinary clinics, and almost drove her down to Mexico for a MRI, but the day before doing so I took her to Oso Pet Care Center. I suspected she may have been suffering from nose polyps but Dr. Han's first thought was to run a test for a somewhat rare fungal disease called Cryptococcus. It came back positive so, although we were worried about her prognosis, we were relieved that someone could finally tell us what was happening to our sweet girl. Kiwi was days away from requiring euthanasia, she was in critical condition and was really suffering. Fortunately for us, she was in good hands-- Dr. Han and his team formulated an excellent strategy for her treatment. Though expensive, as all veterinary things seem to be these days, the quality of care was top-notch. Dr. Han did his very best to ensure he got her back to a healthy condition. The treatment was semi-experimental as his team had not encountered this condition first hand before but Dr. Han consulted with different colleagues and professionals to make sure he provided the best treatment possible for Kiwi. I know he did a lot of "behind the scenes" research and really dedicated a lot of his time to her case. Today, we are still fighting the fungal disease but I am grateful to say that Kiwi is back to her healthy, active and happy self. We thought we were about to lose a member of our family but thanks to Dr. Han this story has a happy ending!

My daughter recommended the hospital based on excellent service received for her dog Elton. Excellent customer service. Very organized and timely. Very compassionate care, great suite of competencies, great follow up and provide clear information. The x-rays taken and diagnostics completed were instrumental in her continued care when I came home. Am very grateful.

From intake to discharge I felt at ease knowing both of my girls were in the best hands possible. Their prices are extremely reasonable and fair compared to other vets in the area (quoted 8/9k for a surgery where they only charged us 2.3k). Mission Hills has gained lifelong patients out of us and I wouldn’t trust my cats & dog with anybody else. My furbaby, Mochi, has been seen here since we got her almost 5 years ago. I love the feel of this specific small vet office. Dr Vedadi is so calm and loving to our dog. They all work SO hard and provide loving care. I also appreciate being able to be seen on such short notice in times of need. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The fact that this facility has a nebulizer has also been of extreme importance. My only complaint is that that there was a time that nobody told me to put a certain medication in the fridge, but I figured it out since it was on the bottle.

Muirlands Animal & Avian Hospital
24174 Alicia Pkwy, Mission ViejoOur cat Zoey was attacked by a coyote, and a local emergency vet hospital that evaluated/stabilized her in the middle night recommended Dr. Gunderson. Dr. Gunderson and her staff at Muirlands were amazing! After taking Zoey in as an emergency client, suturing her wounds, etc., she provided ongoing guidance in follow up visits for the past two weeks, giving me instructions, proper meds, etc. so I could care for Zoey at home without needing to send her to an animal hospital for a long stay. Probably the best vet experience I've ever had...their quality care and support are the reasons my cat (and I!) survived her traumatic injuries! Thank you Dr. Gunderson and Staff!

Dr. Weintraub provides great care, but Lisa, the receptionist, has been there for 20+ years and will always ensure that if a laundry list of care is needed, she will prioritize it for us. They always work with us on pricing and give the best care. If you are looking for a great Vet with reasonable fees, Jeronimo is the place to go.

Before training, she was full of energy and difficult to control on walks — but after just ONE session with Vladae, we saw an immediate difference. She’s now calm, listens to all our commands, and even walks leash-free!
Vladae’s approach is amazing — he really understands dog behavior and teaches in a way that makes sense for both the dog and the owner. He’s patient, professional, and you can tell he genuinely cares about what he does.
We’ve had such a positive experience and honestly can’t recommend him enough.

I stopped by on Christmas Eve with my family and placed a big order. After I paid, I realized I forgot to order fries. Moe immediately took care of me and didn’t even want me to wait or go back in line to make another payment. He just grabbed them for me right away and got me taken care of.
He was genuinely kind and didn’t make it a hassle at all. I really wanted management to know how awesome and genuine he was. Also, every time I come here, the team behind the counter is always super friendly, kind, and welcoming. This isn’t my first time here, and the service is consistently great. Definitely one of my go-to spots.

The automated wine dispenser allows for self-service, and trying many different wines, in pours of different sizes. The smallest size is definitely a 'taste', but sufficient for those trying to decide what to get, or who are small drinkers. We favoured the French and Spanish wines here, but the California wines, which made up the majority of the top-level wines, were good, and good quality, too.
HOW IT WORKS : Pay up front a certain amount, get a card, use the card on the automated wine dispenser, and refill the card as needed. It's like a pre-paid debit card.
There's also a massive, lovely by-the-bottle selection.
Charcuterie plates, pizza-like flatbreads, olives, etc, also available to order. Seating outside or inside (louder).
Chill and classy at the same time.

Not from lack of cleaning, just seemed to be the varnish they used on the wood. Also, the garlic parm fries are coated in a garlic butter. Very greasy/oily. If you're not into greasy fries, steer clear. Overall though, I would recommend, and I will be back.

Gregg was a great coordinator, checked in with me at least once a week and made sure I had everything I needed to make sure the pups in my care had everything they needed.
