“Not the best UPS location around the area. The one a couple miles up north next to Whole Foods. It’s probably the best UPS location after trying all of them I could say this one is in the middle customer service needs a little bit of work but overall I have had a good experience this nevertheless I the times that I have been there has been fast and quick service not as busy as other locations as well. However, parking sometimes can be difficult to find as there are many different shops in the area.”

“I've had my office with Pine Executive office for over two years. The inside building is well decorated and clean. It also has plenty parking spaces. The staff is attentive and friendly always willing to help. Jazmine has been extremely helpful and she is the best on-site manager I have ever dealt with. Highly recommended.”

“The UPS Store #7233 - Chino Hills inside Albertsons, Los Serranos Country Club Dr is amazing! The people there are wonderful! That is way I go to ship my packages. Today, I notarized 19 pages at this location. I thought it was going to take a very long time, according to what my bank (BofA- Chino Hills) Associate said when I first went to get it done at the bank. So, I came to The UPS Store - Chino Hills and OMG! Marwa was amazing! She is knowledgeable, attentive and very fast! Thank you, Marwa!”

“I came to yelp looking for business hours and I see this place only has 3 stars. I've been coming here for years. Not often, grant you, but I would say at least 1-2 times a year and they have always had the best customer service. I do mail so rarely they have to explain everything to me and they do so without annoyance or frustration at my probably stupid questions. They treat my kids really nice. And never once has any of my mail/packages ever gone astray. Can't think of why they would have poor overall reviews so I'm adding my 2cents here.”

My hazmat appt was scheduled for tuesday but I was in the area and stopped to see if could do it a day earlier, they were more then accommodating. There were two people in front of me but they still worked me in and by time my turn came was quick.”

“I have used this company for printing and faxing only! My review will be based on that.
I have used this company to print shipping labels which I email to them and they will print when I get to their location, pay and be on my way.
Same thing with faxing documents, I have fax documents from here and have not had any problems with the staff.
Like at any other place if the ladies are busy helping a client, you wait until is your turn. Yes, sometimes they do take their sweet time, maybe because they are getting paud hourly and are in no rush.
I'm not sure if they also send money to other countries but usually Friday and Saturday is crazy busy.”
