“All I can say with 100% certainty is that this location and their staff is a 1000 times better than the Diamond Bar location on South Diamond Bar Blvd. They don't forgot to put the shipping label on your packages here. The DB location does, they forget and then blame you. I drive all the way here to avoid that location. That staff should be fired and the location closed.”

“I am responding to the several selfish, unthoughtful negative reviews posted recently. I have come to this post office for more than 20 years, beginning from the time I was a student at the nearby colleges. I have noticed how USPS head office have steadily reduced the staff, services, and capabilities here while the number of customers has remained the same or grown. Head Office has set up this post office and hundreds more like it to fail. Your unthoughtful complaints are not helping. Meanwhile, staff here struggle valiantly on. I thank them for doing their best in spite of conditions beyond their control. May I recommend before you slam the staff here that you consider writing first to USPS Washington DC and your representatives. Thank you.”

“I normally place my mail in the blue box in front of the PO. But I had to go in to mail an envelope. I didn't wait too long in line. I normally go after 12:30 p.m. for parking. If you go early, there will be less parking. The inside was roomy in line. There is a self check out stand to weigh and pay for your items. There are helpful, courteous, friendly staff helping you. Also to the right, it is the passport area. You need to make an appt if you are getting a new or renewal passport. The left side is the personal post office boxes. It is very spacious. Since the PO closed on Mountain, I drive to the Upland one on Arrow Highway. It is across from the Padua Pasta place. I would recommend this PO.”

“It was packed eight minutes before closing. There was 14 people all with packages. I had three. A couple people had a lot of questions and needed guidance. The postal workers were very patient and accommodating and friendly and knowledgeable and they actually got all of us out of there happily without having to go past 5:00pm. WOW! They are ? good. Thank you Ontario Post Office. Way to go.”

They have PO BOXES, they have a contract with USPS that allows them to do certain transactions on behalf of the USPS It's a pharmacy, with many other items for sale. You might find what you need here. They don't have the kitchen sink but they have a billion other items you might need”

“I have to admit that the management or system used for 2025 during the busy season (November-December) have improved substantially compared to the last 10 years. The key thing was keeping the drop off bin free of packages getting stuck especially for those that drop off ton of packages. Otherwise you'll have to wait in line just to drop off which could be worse when there are only 1 employee working the front. The most annoying thing would be that the outer door can be locked at times before 9am which means you can't access the drop off bin or PO Boxes earlier.”

Then I drove to Rancho and Jeremy immediately helped me with what I needed. Amazing experience, and so much so that I went back when mailing my invites and was helped by him again.
