“Went in to make a couple of Amazon returns yesterday evening, young girl working at the counter was very friendly and sweet. She was able to get the line down pretty quick, even though a few other customers had TONS of returns. Such a sweetheart, she explained and helped me switch the location of where to make the returns because I had accidentally put Whole Foods. Better and quick service than the Alhambra location, will be coming back again!”
“I forgot my reading glasses ? & Marlayna was welcoming, helpful & professional in helping me with my questions about the winter pullovers I purchased. She was also very informative about acquiring a JCP credit card but unfortunately I declined. She's an asset to JCP for she demonstrates good quality service with a smile. KUDOS to Marlayna!”

“Can get busy at times so waiting in line is a huge problem especially if there aren’t enough cashiers helping out the customers on registers (perhaps less gossips) and more likely less on whats not supposed to. Other than that, its more likely my favorite store!!”
“This is my 11th Ross within 24hours. Stil can't find that one dress but at this point I might as well give up. This Ross seems to have very nice staff at the fitting room. She let me take a look at the already worn items without being rude to me. :) There was a good selection of dresses, there was a lot on clearance so price is low. I happened to find one similar but not the same on clearance. It was the only one and not sure why it's on clearance so I got it for 7$.”
“Can't go wrong going here. They have some cool digimon as of now . Toys of wargreymon not pictured here, omnimon which they are calling are omegamon and beelzemon. The line can be long depending on the time and time of the year but tbf everyone and their side chick is shopping here at the same time so I can't blame them but some people like to complain.”

“This Macy's Back Stage has a lot of great deals. I saw a lot of prices that competed with other discount store locations. I went looking for spoons and forks and found them for an equal price to another store. They have clearance sections. That's discounts on already discounted things. If you're looking for home goods, stop here first. I also saw a four set of martini glasses and wine glasses for only $6.99 each!!! I don't drink alcohol like that BUT I wanted them still. I LOVE A GOOD IMPULSE BUY TOO. But the utensils came first.”
