“Good store, Saw a traffic light inside the store that was funny. it’s a 2 story store but the escalator didn’t work so you climb it like a stair case. Restrooms are on the second floor and they aren’t the best or the worst.”

“Wonderful experience at JCPenny Whitwood! Olympia went out of her way to help me find a pair of jeans. I looked myself and Olympia went in the back to double check, but no luck. After that I decided to keep shopping around and about 10 minutes later Olympia came and found me in a different section of the store with the exact style, size and length jeans I wanted in hand! I could not believe it! Amazing customer service on her part!! 10/10 would recommend”
“If you’re ever in a travel pinch, Kohl’s is an absolute lifesaver. I found myself in a tough spot with a major trip coming up the very next day, and even with expedited shipping, Amazon couldn’t get a pillow to me in time.

“I went to the Downey location to pick up my online order, I spoke to Brian who informed me that my order hadn't been processed yet and that he would go check on it, he returned shortly to tell me that it hadn't been picked yet and that he would go on the floor to see if it was there, I told him that online stated that there was only one of the items at their location but if by chance he found an extra one I world take it as well well to my surprise Brian did indeed find another one and also informed me that I had 25.00 Kohls cash so I only paid 5.00 for my 30.00 item. Brian went above and beyond which unfortunately almost unheard of anymore. Thank you Brian greatly appreciated.”

“Yesterday we went to exchange a watch G-Shock and we were in hope of variety , so we encountered Vincent Niemczyk , I hope I’m spelling that right , and he was so wonderfully polite and helpful! He actually showed us that one watch left , 1 G-Shock in the entire store ! But it was definitely the best one thus far ! So we decided to proceed with the exchange, and Vincent was very helpful he even advised us it was 50% off !!!! Wow , we were even more happy with the news ! Vincent not only helped us with our issue and resolved it , but also helped us set up the time on our new watch ! That was so important for us and we didn’t feel rushed or needy , we felt right at home and Vincent had wonderful customer service , which the people at the Glendale location Macys didn’t have !!!! “Such friendly and helpful staff at both locations. Both Burbank and Pasadena were an absolute pleasure to shop at and the staff really knows their customers.
I love the fact that both locations had all employees, employees stocking, register empties to managers remember me and even surprised me by asking how the items I had bought worked out. To me, that's definitely impressive!
Both locations had a variety of items that just amazed me. Was able to pick up various items that will really transform the spaces for the new year! Excited and extremely happy with Burbank and Pasadena Home Goods and look so forward to going back to see the staff and their friendliness and help and what awesome items they bring in. Can't day enough about how nice they skyline were and just shopping through the aisles seeing all the possibilities!
Pasadena Home Goods is just amazing and live how they have other stores in the outdoor location for you to go visit but really just love staying at Home Goods! Theresa and her staff are simply wonderful and amazing at Pasadena! Olga and both Jose's were simply wonderful and amazing at Burbank too! The smiles, the laughs, their help and honesty when I asked them for their opionions at both locations about items i was thinking about really elevated my shopping experience and showed me how much they actually listen and care for you as a customer to enjoy and be happy rather than just making a sale...and that's what will have me go back! Can't say enough about them and all their staff! Simply a pleasure and amazing! ????”

My girlfriend asked me to get her a lipstick from a brand I hadn’t heard of, Elizabeth helped me and was very patient and kind as I had no clue what I was buying for my girlfriend. Tonight is our 2nd anniversary and I wanted to do something special as I am planning to propose. Elizabeth helped me find a fragrance for both myself and my now fiancée to make the moment even more memorable. She was very knowledgeable about the products and I had a 10/10 experience! I would highly recommend this location and shop here again.”
“I had a customer service issue that was a bit thorny, with the parties to blame mostly being Nordstrom’s customer service phone line and the product’s manufacturer (Nuna)… But Nyeishia from the kids department handled the situation really masterfully. “Following most other local shopping outlets in SoCal, Costco has finally succumbed to the relentless entitlement of its customers who unabashedly insist on parading their puppies through the store under the guise of "service animals," when it is clear they are merely household pets. The root cause is a misbegotten ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) regulation that prevents management from requesting any hard evidence or documentation that animals are in fact trained and certified to perform needed services for their owners. The regulation permits only two questions to be asked (just Google it) and all but encourages pet owners to lie about the legal status of their pets. Costco has all but surrendered to the murky legal landscape and now joins the majority of food retailers in hosting a menagerie of mutts on leashes and even -- yes! -- in baby carriages -- pets posing as bona fide service animals, clogging the aisles and wandering underfoot to the detriment of shoppers who are already overcrowded. This is a travesty and the ADA needs desperately to update its regulatory framework, allowing for a wallet-sized document that can and should be produced on demand to show that Fido has honest business being in the store with his owner. Also, Costco should still be pressing harder to get honest answers to the two qualifying questions they are permitted to ask, before granting entrance to four-footed frauds.”

The Macy’s at the Shops at Montebello is seriously one of my favorite places to shop! What makes it really unique is that there are actually two different Macy’s locations inside the mall — one is more of a home-focused store, and the other is the main Macy’s, which includes a Backstage section. One of the locations even has a Starbucks inside, which makes the whole shopping experience even better.
Both stores are spacious and well organized, with a huge selection of items, so you can really take your time and explore. They’re also always running great sales and deals.
I was able to find a beautiful gown for a YouTube movie partner premiere event that would normally cost close to $200, but thanks to their sales, I only paid $32 — such an amazing deal!
Whether you shop at the main Macy’s or the one with Backstage, you can find incredible bargains and stylish pieces. Definitely highly recommend stopping by if you’re at the Shops at Montebello!”

“I like shopping at Ralphs, but it’s a bit of a mixed experience.
The biggest downside is the parking lot—it’s honestly a nightmare. There are so many restaurants and shops in the same center that finding a parking spot can be frustrating and time-consuming.
Another issue is the rewards system. Signing up with a phone number sounds simple, but in practice it’s confusing, and getting help isn’t easy. Being told to just go online doesn’t really solve the problem, and it’s frustrating not being able to access discounts.
That said, the prices are generally reasonable, and the store itself is well-stocked. I can usually find what I need, and the shopping experience inside is smooth. A big plus is that they stay open late, which is really convenient.
Overall, despite a few annoyances, it’s still a solid place to shop—especially if you live nearby. I’d give it 4 stars.”

Although I did not find what I was looking for, I am very satisfied with customer service, their employees strive to provide assistance, give suggestions and even indicate other possible places where you could find what you are looking for. “This is a great store. Large with lots of choices! Many different aisles stocked with things for all ages. I especially enjoy the Sanrio, Disney, and kitchen items! 30 minute parking up front but 2 hour parking in the same lot, but towards the street, not the store doors (still very close).”
