Aye was so helpful and patient with us explaining in detail about our concerns on my mom's phone. Once this was resolved she took her time to give me more information on how I can save myself some money if I change to Cricket since I use another carrier. “Wanted to leave an actual employee review via best buy but they make it so hard, I just couldn't figure it out, and haven't (yet/ at the time of writing this) received a follow up satisfaction survey. Came here to say I had an awesome experience, the guy who helped me out was Jeremy the guy from the veriozon department! He was great, helpful, nice and a fun conversation. He helped me switch over my data to my new phone and was so informative, and extremely patient. It's nice to see people actually enjoy thier job.
