“We have been to this T-mobile location in Montebello for years we enjoy the service by the staff very friendly and knowledgeable about their products of phones and other items. They are very helpful when we have a problem with our phone and bill and also questions we have and they give the answer of our questions.”

“This is a corporate store in a big mall. We have only come here a few times for screen protector replacement, never for other services. Other Yelpers are correct that Kevin who works here offers excellent service and the other current employees are worthless. Many of the employees who worked here in the past were helpful and friendly. Not so any more. There were numerous employees in the store on our visit all milling around, talking, and playing with their devices and not helping other customers and only Kevin came up to us promptly and offered us excellent service. This store is in a big mall on the second floor. It is a busy mall with a big lot, so you may need to park far away and walk. The store moved locations in the mall in about the last 6-9 months, so if you have not been here for a while, then check the mall map to find the current location on the second floor. Try to get Kevin to help you or you may be doomed for the duration of your visit.”

“Like most people nowadays, I live off my computer, so when I spelt juice on my keypad, it was a computer catastrophe! I took it to Best Buy geek squad , I was lucky to encounter Adrian, who told me the realistic probability of what I was facing, but they would give it their best. It was luck that they were able to back up my data because I'm a business owner, and I had multiple files on there . A few days later, I hadn't received my computer. It was still being worked on, but I decided that I need to buy a new one irregardless of this one or not. Gibran help me figure out a computer based on my needs, spent an extensive amount of time educating me -I'm old-school don't know a whole lot about IT. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain it in a way that made me understand what it was. I was purchasing unlike the last time I purchased from Best Buy. I went to pick up my computer today ,and Grace was there. I've had the pleasure of working with Grace on the phone, answering questions, she sends me email updates on the status of what's going on with the computer that is being repaired . Again , extremely knowledgeable, extremely friendly. I just want to say thank you guys for saving my Files, getting me hooked up with a brand new computer, and doing it in such a manner that my sent me out the doors a happy customer.”
