“I have rented at this Public Storage location for many years, and I must say that the on site manager Kumar has provided me with exceptional customer care for years now. He takes wonderful care of the property, keeping it clean, looked after and secure, giving me confidence that my things are being well cared for. He is a great communicator and whenever I need anything he responds to any questions or concerns with prompt, caring and timely communication and help. When my keys were stolen and I needed the lock cut off my unit, he was extremely helpful and made it as positive an experience as possible.
