“Today I went for the first time after speaking with Ms Rachel to the shop . Were I received quality service . I normally don’t post on these reviews , but something needed to be said . I purchased a stage 1 service for my 2000 M5 E39 . It was done within a few hours. The service techs are great with this service ??. I WILL BE COMING BACK !!!

“I had a great experience at Kings Auto Shop. We needed to get a few deep scratches repaired on one side of the car. George was very kind throughout the process, and gave us excellent guidance on how to navigate the insurance claim. After we dropped off the car, George handled all of the communications with the insurance. George and his team did a beautiful job with the repairs and the car looks just like new. When the repair took slightly longer than expected because of a power outage, George immediately arranged for us to have a rental car so that we were not burdened by the delay. They even washed/vacuumed the whole car without us asking for it. Our experience with George and his team was fantastic, and I highly recommend Kings Auto Shop.”

“I just had Crash Champions fix my car following a minor 'fender bender' incident. I was delighted with their work and wanted to enthusiastically recommend them. First, the staff I interacted with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They not only interacted professionally with me, but they were also polite and professional in interacting with personnel from our insurance. Second, the business seems to be very well managed. Their communication with us was outstanding. They quickly came up with an estimate for the work and an estimate for how long it would take to fix -- both of which were reasonable. The work was completed by the due date they indicated to us and the car body was back to looking like new. Our entire experience was highly positive.”

“My son's car starter went out on his Honda , Since he is a student and new to the area he was not familiar with auto shops in the area. He was fortunate to find Bill's shop. He called and got a quote and asked if he could order the parts to repair his car. We dropped my son's car off the next morning and was very pleased to meet Bill he was very friendly and helpful and explained what work that was needed. Much to my surprise a couple of hours later we received a call from Bill letting us know his car was ready to be picked up. I was very impressed with the quality service and not being overcharged for parts and labor.Bill also explained the work he did and other potential things that we might want to address on the car. It was nice to not be pressured into having extra work done. Bill will be seeing a repeat customer in the near future. Thanks Bill”

“My headlight burnt out. I called this shop on California Avenue in Mountain view, and they found the right bulb for my car. I brought in the car, and struggled to change the bulb myself in my parking space in front of the store. The sweet salesperson who had sold me the bulb saw me through the window, clearly figured out that I had no idea what I was doing, and came out to help. In a few minutes, he figured out how to remove the old bulb and replace it with the new, not so straightforward a process. He was kind, polite, not condescending, very understanding and sweet. His name is Oscar and he ROCKS. He is a lovely young man, and he makes this store look really good. He absolutely refused to take money, which is further evidence of his integrity. If you go to this store and need advice or help, ask for Oscar.”
