They truly understand what excellent customer service is all about and they genuinely care about all the guests staying at this hotel. My mom & I stayed in Room 506 from March 22 to March 24 and the team here made sure our stay was flawless from the minute we arrived. The rooms here are absolutely beautiful and the complimentary daily breakfast buffet has an amazing variety of delicious choices. The fitness center and swimming pool are top notch. We are looking forward to staying at this stunning hotel again in the near future because of the outstanding level of customer service experience we had and we know we will be taken care of by the amazing staff at the Hyatt House San Jose / Cupertino.”

“This hotel is in a wonderful location, serving as a launching pad to San Jose, San Francisco, and Santa Cruz. The building architecture and interior design are stunning. Parking was extremely simple and didn't require walking too far to the hotel entrance. The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and quiet.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. The receptionists were incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. This is a remarkable hotel in all facets.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Cupertino.

The coffee shop and bar were closed at the time, but while I was looking at the menu, General Manager Elia Ghantous came over to ask whether I needed any help. I told him I was hoping to get a cup of coffee, and he kindly arranged for one to be made for me at no charge, even though the coffee shop was closed.

That thoughtful gesture made a wonderful impression and showed genuine hospitality and attentiveness. The person who made the coffee was also very friendly, and everyone at the front desk was respectful and professional.

The hotel itself is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is also in an excellent location next to a shopping center with many fun restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisines, which makes it especially convenient.

It is clear that this property is well managed and that the staff truly care about creating a positive experience. I would absolutely recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Cupertino.”
