“Good option for stays.Marriott has HORRIBLE pillows. I was extremely tired from traveling but the pillows were so bad I couldn’t sleep even then. They deflate to a limp piece of cloth.Nice location, next to a lot of restaurants. Rooms are clean and have a good kitchen. Bathrooms have a big shower.”

They truly understand what excellent customer service is all about and they genuinely care about all the guests staying at this hotel. My mom & I stayed in Room 506 from March 22 to March 24 and the team here made sure our stay was flawless from the minute we arrived. The rooms here are absolutely beautiful and the complimentary daily breakfast buffet has an amazing variety of delicious choices. The fitness center and swimming pool are top notch. We are looking forward to staying at this stunning hotel again in the near future because of the outstanding level of customer service experience we had and we know we will be taken care of by the amazing staff at the Hyatt House San Jose / Cupertino.”
