“Had a seamless experience. Mark was the phlebotomist I saw, and he was able to get the needle in quickly and take blood with no issues (which is rare for me!). I also drank a lot of water before to help prepare the veins as I have heard that helps. When I got there, did check in at the iPad which was smooth. Would suggest to arrive early 10-15 minutes early, bring ID, and definitely make an appointment versus walk in. Total appointment time was 10-15 minutes.”

The nurses and lab technicians are amazing – very gentle, professional, and incredibly kind with kids. The atmosphere is warm and caring, and the staff is wonderfully attentive. If you need to get blood work done for a child, this is absolutely the best place to go!”

“I had a really good experience here. I came without an appointment on Monday morning around 8 a.m. The kiosk showed an estimated wait time of about 1.5 hours, but I was taken in immediately. The staff member who helped me was very kind and did everything quickly and professionally. Overall, a great experience.”
