“I highly recommend this lab. My family gets all of our labs done here and they are super efficient (even for walk-ins), not to mention very considerate for any modifications that people may require. Thank you for all your care and compassion!”
“Had a seamless experience. Mark was the phlebotomist I saw, and he was able to get the needle in quickly and take blood with no issues (which is rare for me!). I also drank a lot of water before to help prepare the veins as I have heard that helps. When I got there, did check in at the iPad which was smooth. Would suggest to arrive early 10-15 minutes early, bring ID, and definitely make an appointment versus walk in. Total appointment time was 10-15 minutes.”
“El Camino Hospital in Mountain View is the best place to get blood work done, especially for children! The nurses and lab technicians are amazing – very gentle, professional, and incredibly kind with kids. The atmosphere is warm and caring, and the staff is wonderfully attentive. If you need to get blood work done for a child, this is absolutely the best place to go!”
“After two unsuccessful blood draws at other locations, Margie was incredible, getting the vein on the first time and quickly and efficiently filling the vials.
If you struggle with blood draws, this location has a bed / lie down option. And a Margie!”
“I was a little hesitant to go to this place because of all the unfavorable reviews. I didn't have an appointment but got there a little after they opened at 7:00 am. I was the first person there. The front desk person was also the one who drew the blood. She was very professional in taking in all the information and made sure she had all the paperwork before calling me in to draw my blood. She explained what she was going to do and only poked once and did not hurt at all. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely go back again.”
“Martha helped us get all signed in and taken care of. It was our first time there and she was very helpful. It was a good experience and I would return here again.”
