“My husband and I came to Tuxedo Wearhouse last weekend to get my dress altered for an event next month, absolutely loved coming to check out all of the styles they have to offer. He did already have a suit, so he didn't need to rent from them, but I did need alterations to get my evening dress fitting the way I wanted. Amy helped me and not only was she very attentive to my concerns, but she also explained how she would alter my dress to fit correctly! “Quite possibly the best buying experience I have ever had. I first walked in here recently to find my wedding suit - Jim was the first person to come up to me and led me to this beautiful blue suit. After viewing a few others I knew the first suit he picked was perfect for me. That day I didn't buy that suit because I wanted to see what alternatives were out there. There's a lot of good suit places in San Jose, but nothing quite like Eli Thomas.. Jim and his staff were so friendly and attentive and know exactly how your suit should look. I ended up coming back to see if I can order that exact suit, which at the time wasn't in my size. To my amazement Jim had the right sized suit ordered, shortly after my first visit, and it arrived the time I came in. Jim is a very confident sales man, and rightfully so.. it shows in the level of rapport and trust. Highly recommend buying your next suit from this store - my suit looks excellent!”

“Let me start by saying I didn’t purchase anything on my visit to the Santana Row location, but I had an amazing experience.
I have zero knowledge of how to layer properly for hiking or going to Tahoe in the winter and let alone skiing or snowboarding. I walked in hoping to get educated and let me tell you the staff here did just that.
I was helped out nonstop by Luke who constantly went out of his way for me. He walked me through different ways on how to layer the lightweight jackets and shells and brought me tons of different sizes and options for me to try. He also helped me figure out what size fits best and which type of jackets I’d prefer more for different activities. He also found me different sizes of shoes to try and asked me how each one fit and giving me insight on which types of shoes are better for my needs.
I hate to make Luke’s job harder but if you go in, ask for him because he’s amazing and so helpful! I will definitely be back there ready to either make my first purchase if I don’t order online prior to returning!”
“Love the baby gap jeans with those soft, elastic waistbands—they're definitely the most comfortable jeans for little kids that I've found. The only register open was in the main section of the store; I wish they'd included some signage on the baby section register explaining where to go to check out, I wasted time hovering around, looking for a staff person to help me there before I thought to check the adjacent areas.”

“Vuori is one of luxury activewears competing with other two brands in Stanford shopping center. Cannot say whose product quality is the best, but definitely Vuori’s sales associate is on the top in terms of customer services.I visited Vuori several times. The staff is always friendly, showed willing to help, but not aggressive and pushy. One of the recent visits, I tried to find an item that’s sold out from online. I showed the item to one of the staff Noah. There was no inventory at store as expected. However, Noah was going beyond and called both Santana Row and SF stores. Eventually I am able to get the item which I didn’t hold much hope before visiting. Kudos Noah!Afterall, Vuori’s DreamKnits is super comfortable and definitely will go back to purchase more”

Decided to try Bonobos. Angelica was excellent, already had a good idea of the fit and quickly refined it to something that looked great.
Shipping is just 2 days which should get it here in time!”

“We live in Santa Cruz and occasionally drive "over the hill" to shop. We stopped in Travis Mathew just to browse. The staff is some of the best customer centric people ever. Matt was amazing of his knowledge of their merchandise and didn't try and pressure sell us. He was very professional and courteous in helping me find just the right style and fit. Granted, their focus is on golf, but their line of clothing is very versatile and quality made. Needless to say, he worked with my fashion consultant (my wife) to find just the right fit and colors I needed. We are so grateful we stopped in and with the help of Matt, purchased some great items.
