“My husband and I came to Tuxedo Wearhouse last weekend to get my dress altered for an event next month, absolutely loved coming to check out all of the styles they have to offer. He did already have a suit, so he didn't need to rent from them, but I did need alterations to get my evening dress fitting the way I wanted. Amy helped me and not only was she very attentive to my concerns, but she also explained how she would alter my dress to fit correctly! I did not have great luck there) in about an hour.I read some negative reviews, and my conclusion is the folks that got "eye rolls" or any form of "condescending" tone must have been closed minded, short tempered, in a hurry, too demanding, or just plain rude.It was great. I get overwhelmed easily when there are too many choices, but they narrowed it down for me.I'm sure I will be back. These people made me feel like a Sir as soon as I even turned to walk in.Basically, I don't think the pricepoint and level of service deserves anything less than 4 stars even with an eye roll!9/10 for the shoe shortage. Cannot say whose product quality is the best, but definitely Vuori’s sales associate is on the top in terms of customer services.I visited Vuori several times. The staff is always friendly, showed willing to help, but not aggressive and pushy. One of the recent visits, I tried to find an item that’s sold out from online. I showed the item to one of the staff Noah. There was no inventory at store as expected. However, Noah was going beyond and called both Santana Row and SF stores.
