From the moment I walked in, Andrew put me at ease. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He carefully reviewed everything, pointed out details I might have missed, and made sure my application was complete and accurate. What impressed me most was that he was already familiar with the latest Indian passport renewal requirements, which gave me a lot of confidence.

I initially stopped by on Saturday close to closing time, but we couldn't finish the application because Andrew had to attend to a sick pet. When I returned the next day, he picked up right where we left off and continued helping me with the same level of care and attention.

I also want to recognize the other gentleman working at the store. He was extremely kind, welcoming, and courteous to my family. Both of them made us feel valued and genuinely cared about helping us rather than simply processing a transaction.

“Sudha and her team did a fantastic job of helping me to ship about 40 boxes from their Los Altos, California store to Blaine, Washington. Many of these pieces were artwork with glass that they carefully wrapped and shipped for me. Also, an old wooden chest that they wrapped and shipped internationally for me. A few of the packages weren’t delivered to an address in Santa Barbara, California. I called Sudha and told her this and she put in a new address that I gave to her and then contacted me to let me know that they had been delivered. Also for the box that was going to London she contacted me to say that no one was there to receive it. And then she contacted me the following day to say that someone was there and they signed for it and did receive it. I just felt that she went above and beyond the whole time. They were very patient and kind. They were conscientious of cost and concerned that it may be more than I would want to spend. I felt that they were very respectful in that regard. Also, because I was there so many times, over the course of two weeks, shipping many boxes, I saw how they interacted with other customers, and they were always kind and gracious and helpful to them, and tried to help people as quickly as possible. It’s also just a very pleasant, clean store in a pleasant Shopping Center. It is easy to park. The parking is free. I almost always found a parking space right in front of the store. They had a cart that they could help carry the boxes in from my car. And they would come out to my car and load them onto the cart for me. They clearly know their trade. I recommend them highly!!”

I did not get the name of the rad fella that was helping me but he was doing the work of 3 people and moving quickly to help everyone. This shop has PO boxes of many sizes available at affordable rate, and they also do shipping for all major US carriers. The best part about it renting a box from here is the optional 24 hour access feature. The owner is also very nice and helpful. Highly recommend to come here instead of USPS.”

“I’ve been renting a mailbox here since May 2021, It’s important to me knowing my mail and packages are safe from theft, and having 24/7 access to my mailbox is great. After hours the door is locked but if you rent a mailbox there, you get a door key.
Town & Country parking lot is a big headache at times, but I’ve always felt safe coming here. That is important to me.
The same team has been working here since I first rented my mailbox, and that kind of consistency is rare.I think that says a lot of good things about this store and the people working there.
I get my mail several times a week, and it’s always clean and well-staffed. The store has many convenient services and people are treated kind and helped quickly. They know what they’re doing. I’ve been to other ups locations/post offices and I’m glad
I chose the good one, since it is a part of my day.
