“I cannot speak highly enough of Nina and Jason who quickly attended to me when their store was closing in 5 minutes. Nina was especially helpful and kind, particularly when the printer had an error and she quickly troubleshooted in a calm demeanor despite the fact that her shift was probably over. On another time, Nina was also a tremendous help with figuring out shipping and return labels for a notebook I left at a hotel in Bakersfield. Prior to UPS, I asked other folks at USPS and other other mail carriers- no one seemed to know how to mail a shipping label to hotel staff correctly. However, Nina made it a breeze and her confidence that my notebook would be returned provided me with peace of mind. My notebook did eventually arrive at my doorstep but this could not have been done without her help. Thank you Nina !”
“I visited PostalAnnex for my Indian passport renewal, and the experience exceeded all my expectations.
I had been quite stressed before coming in because passport renewal paperwork can be complicated, and I was worried about making mistakes or missing requirements. From the moment I walked in, Andrew put me at ease. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He carefully reviewed everything, pointed out details I might have missed, and made sure my application was complete and accurate. What impressed me most was that he was already familiar with the latest Indian passport renewal requirements, which gave me a lot of confidence.
I initially stopped by on Saturday close to closing time, but we couldn't finish the application because Andrew had to attend to a sick pet. When I returned the next day, he picked up right where we left off and continued helping me with the same level of care and attention.
I also want to recognize the other gentleman working at the store. He was extremely kind, welcoming, and courteous to my family. Both of them made us feel valued and genuinely cared about helping us rather than simply processing a transaction.
It's rare to encounter customer service that feels this genuine. Andrew treated my application as if it were his own and guided me through every step of the process. If you need Indian passport photos, printing, photocopies, notarization, or help with passport paperwork, this is truly a one-stop shop.
I've visited many FedEx and UPS locations over the years, but the level of courtesy, expertise, compassion, and personal attention I received here was exceptional. Outstanding customer service and highly recommended.”

“I've dealt with many UPS shipping stores all over the country in the past decade for the timely pick up and shipping of my online purchases from various regional auction houses.
This location by far is one of the best I have dealt with in helping me facilitate the quick pick up and packing of my fragile auction item.
The staff at the Saratoga, CA store were responsive and super efficient in picking up my item during a narrow pick up window time slot on Super Bowl Sunday and had it safely packed the same day and ready for shipment on Monday. It arrived safely in just two days in perfect condition.
Samuel and Amit went above and beyond to take care of my item pick up and shipping needs and handled it like true professionals. I give them a solid 5 stars!”

“I have been to this postal annex multiple times before and every single time that I’ve gone I’ve had an extremely positive experience. I know for some and for myself dealing with the post office and returning a packages can be a huge hassle, especially dealing with long lines and difficult personnel, the opposite is true of postal annex. Satish has helped me many times before and I can say that I always walk away with my task completed quickly and well. I would highly recommend postal annex for any postal FedEx or package needs”

“I was in a jam and was trying to overnight a package and showed up 5 minutes before closing. There were multiple people in line and everyone was in a hurry. I did not get the name of the rad fella that was helping me but he was doing the work of 3 people and moving quickly to help everyone. It felt as if everyone in the store was on the same team and we were all trying to help each other with the coach (the rad employee) directing people kindly to what do and had a hustle I did not know existed anymore.”

“I’ve been renting a PO Box here for the last 2 or so years now, and have never had a problem. This shop has PO boxes of many sizes available at affordable rate, and they also do shipping for all major US carriers. The best part about it renting a box from here is the optional 24 hour access feature. The owner is also very nice and helpful. Highly recommend to come here instead of USPS.”

“My wife and I both needed passport photos and were fortunate enough to be assisted by Hai Le. Hai is super focused on the customer he is helping. He meticulously takes care of small details and thoroughly explains the process he is working on, providing excellent interaction with the customer. Canadian passport photos have very stringent requirements. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this location, and Hai Le in particular, in order to get these pictures done properly. “I cannot thank Andretti at the Menlo Park UPS Store enough for his incredible professionalism, empathy, and outstanding customer service today. I walked in dealing with a highly stressful digital security crisis and a pending police report that left me unable to safely access my email on my phone. To make things harder, the store’s customer computer was down.
While an employee at a different UPS Store completely turned me away under these exact same technical constraints, Andretti immediately stepped up to problem-solve. He safely accepted my files via AirDrop to ensure my urgent 12-page document and cover sheet could be printed, organized, and faxed immediately.
He was kind, patient, and completely focused on helping a customer in a tough spot. Andretti turned a terrible day around and showed what true customer service looks like. This store has earned a customer for life because of him!”
