“The bad reviews are justifiable, especially since the USPS website is not helpful at all. However, when you do know the correct pick-up hours, then there's not much to complain about. I had to pick up some mail because my address isn't fully validated or something, and it took under 5 minutes for them to find it all. They should consider adding another timeslot, like on a weekend or maybe in the evening.”
