“This ups store is probably the best one I've been to in the local area, when I went with my mother, the workers helped my mother with the packaging process, and were kind and helpful to us. If you need to go to a ups store, this is one the best ones there is.”

“The bad reviews are justifiable, especially since the USPS website is not helpful at all. However, when you do know the correct pick-up hours, then there's not much to complain about. I had to pick up some mail because my address isn't fully validated or something, and it took under 5 minutes for them to find it all.
They should consider adding another timeslot, like on a weekend or maybe in the evening.”
