“This place is awesome! We had found the exact same washer and dryer at Best Buy HERE for $600 less. This place is an outlet of appliances, these items get small scratches on them during shipment or little dents and sell them for a fraction of the cost. They have warranty and cover you if something is wrong. Our washer has the SMALLEST dent in the corner and it was 50% off. The sales rep at the front was so kind and explained so well! “I just want to give this store praise for being so kind in the rental department. My wife's family lost their father and We rented a truck to clean out his room and storage. When I went to return the truck after a long emotional an tiring day they were there with a listening ear. My wife and I moved to North Carolina away from California and dealing with people in California they are not the friendliest. “Such a great experience from start to finish. Super convenient — I walked in, picked what I wanted, and was out quickly. Lindsay helped me with choosing everything and getting payment handled, and she was SO nice and easy to work with. I used their financing option, which was a huge plus because they allow early payoff (exactly what I was looking for, especially since my credit isn’t great).
Paco, their delivery guy, had everything at my house within two hours — seriously impressive. He removed my old appliances into the garage for me and fully set up the washer and dryer himself (water hookups, gas hookup, all of it). He was done in under 30 minutes and did an amazing job.
Both Lindsay and Paco were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. This was honestly one of the easiest appliance purchases I’ve ever made. Highly recommend!”
