Dispatch center kept me informed with text update . I was given a 60 minute arrival time window and driver arrived to help me in 15 minutes. That almost never happens. Tow driver Ray was very pleasant . Ray made sure both my car and myself were safe. And took care of securing my car on tow rack in a very safe timely manner. I wanted to thank this very kind and fully capable tow provider for getting my car and myself to the tire center safely.”
