“Kelly was nice and very helpful.Waiting in line should consider a numbering system (even Costco has this), so that people can sit down and wait for their turn.Couldn't bare to see 2 old ladies having difficulty to stand having to queue more than 15 min, when there were office clerks sitting in nice cubicles drinking coffee.”
