“Customer Service: Went to store today to receive some technical help with my phone. Mel had EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. She was kind, knowledgeable, sympathetic of my frustration due to my phone issues and very professional. Exemplary is not a term I use often but Mel’s customer service was just that. ATT you have a diamond if an employee and I hope she gets some recognition. THANK YOU MEL…”

“Great store. Jose was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent, attentive customer service. He did more than simply assist me with a phone trade-in; he offered thoughtful recommendations that were tailored to my needs as well as to other account holders on my plan. He clearly explained the reasoning behind his answers to my questions and maintained a pleasant, engaging conversation while we waited for the phone transfer to complete. His professionalism and helpfulness made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.”

“Thank you to Alexis and the entire team at the Newbury Park Verizon store. I was extremely happy with the service. I had been in there twice this week and Alexis gave me all the answers and attention I needed. Alexis understood my needs and listened to all the problems I had with my former older phone. She taught me how to do a lot of things on the phone and reassured me that the transfer would go well. Overall, if I need to go in any Verizon again, I would like to deal with Alexis, she loves her job & loves her coworkers.”

“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Josh at T-Mobile for his excellent customer service. I had gone to two different T-Mobile stores trying to get help with an issue on my phone, but unfortunately I kept getting told to come back later. I also tried calling customer service and was just sent back and forth without getting any real help. When I finally came in and spoke with Josh, he helped me right away. He knew exactly what to do and had my issue taken care of in about 10 minutes. No excuses, no runaround just great service. It was honestly a huge relief after the frustrating experience I had before. Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Employees like him really make a difference, and I hope his hard work gets recognized. Thank you again, Josh!”

“Abel’s Liquor Store is easily one of my go-to spots. They always have a great selection of tequila, whiskey, beer, and hard-to-find bottles. Everything is always cold, organized, and easy to find. The customer service is what really stands out though. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always helpful if you’re looking for recommendations. Abel runs a great store and you can tell he takes pride in the business. Great neighborhood liquor store with great people.”

Soon after David came to assist me and answered all my questions. He was patient and answered all my questions. He helped set up my phone. Thank you David for your excellent customer service.
