This is not a review of Verizon as they have been horrible. BUT Thankfully today at the Simi Verizon store Marcus was able to quickly troubleshoot and determine our issue. He even called Verizon to make sure they did indeed send us a new product. Marcus went above and beyond. Better than the Apple Store!!

Great that you can walk in and buy a brand new iPhone and walk right back out, keeping your phone number. The store helped me switch away from horrible AT&T !
I highly recommend switching to Verizon if you haven’t already and it’s wonderful that we have Verizon stores right here in Simi!
