“They have a large selection, especially for people with duck feet (wide), like me.
The floors are clean, aisles are wide enough for men and the room is well lit. If you want to shop without pushy sales people this place is for you.
Lastly, the parking lot, though slightly sketchy, has plenty of stalls.”

“Best shoe salesman I've ever had, this is my second year getting boots here, they have my style and size instock when i need new boots whereas others locations always have to order them. Always helps me with my sizing and finding the right insole. Even hooked it up with American Flag lace keepers. 100% will always go back.”

“I visited this big 5 location for the first time the other week and found the staff to be enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable, and eager to help. The most memorable part of my visit to this store was my encounter with one of the employee’s named Cole. He made sure I felt welcomed and the we find the “perfect hiking shoe” (in his own words) together! Another plus I saw while trying on my shoes, a family with a special needs son walk in looking to buy shoes. Cole was calm, collected, and extremely patient with the son making sure to be extra careful. As a father this made my heart melt and realize what true customer service and hospitality really is. I finally finished my visit in the gun department hoping to see what guns they carried. After speaking to the manager (I believe his name was Jeff) who was also really helpful and nice informed me they no longer carried real weapons but still went out of his way to recommend me a different gun store. I look forward to coming back to this location many more times in the future!”

I came to Topacio’s looking for baptism items. Showed me a variety of items. All are very nice better than what I would get at the shop at church.
I got this really beautiful baptism box set. Came with the Candle, Bible, Rosary, small bottle for holy water, half shell to poor the water and a towel cloth to dry the head. The box comes with a latch to close and hold all of the items and on the inside wall had a cross with “Our Father” prayer on it. Was really really nice

Though we were not able to find the exact items I needed, she told me to try online and explained the process of ordering the items to the store as well.Very sweet woman. Very patient.”
“I had a fantastic experience at the Skechers Northridge location. I called ahead to arrange an exchange, and Josh was incredibly helpful. He located my original order, arranged for the replacement to be ready, and even had it waiting for me in the locker when I arrived.
Josh was professional, polite, and efficient throughout the entire process. He made sure I had the chance to try on the new item to ensure I was happy with it before finalizing the exchange. I was very impressed by his demeanor and how prompt and organized the service was. Huge thanks to Josh and the management team for such excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be back!”

“My wife and I stopped by this Loft store while we were inside Valencia mall. My wife shop at this store so she wanted to see what they have. When we walked inside, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. We told her that we were just browsing so she left us be. My wife went to look at their sales rack to see if anything stand out to her but none did. The store is a decent size and they had a bigger sales section at this store.”
“My wife and I stopped by this Carter store inside Valencia Town Center with our baby daughter. She wanted to see what kind of clothing they might have for her so we went inside. The store was not busy when we were there. They had like two workers in the store and both of them were working the checkout station.
We found some small shoes for our daughter so that's what I purchase for her. The store has a lot of clothing inside and also toys too. The customer service was great when we were there.”

Although the establishment did not have the Pumas that I was seeking, April predicted my need to purchase socks and reminded me to buy some, pointing out the deal on the socks. 4 stars instead of 5 because Journey’s has been lacking in selection of shoes for a few years now.”

“EXCELLENT for HATS! By far the lowest price around for a decent selection of up-to-date new era hats - probably one of the few/only authorized dealers in the area. They also have a tight selection of current-style casual shoes (mostly vans and some k-swiss, skechers) with some work shoe/boot options (mostly cactus brand) with good pricing if you need em. I picked up a pair of non-slip leather work boots since i needed some new ones anyways AND they were priced 20% lower than amazon so it was great will definitely be back!”
