“They have a large selection, especially for people with duck feet (wide), like me.
The floors are clean, aisles are wide enough for men and the room is well lit. If you want to shop without pushy sales people this place is for you.
Lastly, the parking lot, though slightly sketchy, has plenty of stalls.”
“I visited this big 5 location for the first time the other week and found the staff to be enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable, and eager to help. The most memorable part of my visit to this store was my encounter with one of the employee’s named Cole. He made sure I felt welcomed and the we find the “perfect hiking shoe” (in his own words) together! Another plus I saw while trying on my shoes, a family with a special needs son walk in looking to buy shoes. Cole was calm, collected, and extremely patient with the son making sure to be extra careful. As a father this made my heart melt and realize what true customer service and hospitality really is. I finally finished my visit in the gun department hoping to see what guns they carried. After speaking to the manager (I believe his name was Jeff) who was also really helpful and nice informed me they no longer carried real weapons but still went out of his way to recommend me a different gun store. I look forward to coming back to this location many more times in the future!”

“My wife wanted to stop by this Nordstrom Rack in the Valencia Promenade to look at slippers. This store has a lot of products to offer and some prices are reasonable. The shoes are toward the back of the store, the men's department are on the left and the women are toward the right. Customer service when we were here was great.”

I came to Topacio’s looking for baptism items. Showed me a variety of items. All are very nice better than what I would get at the shop at church.
I got this really beautiful baptism box set. Came with the Candle, Bible, Rosary, small bottle for holy water, half shell to poor the water and a towel cloth to dry the head. The box comes with a latch to close and hold all of the items and on the inside wall had a cross with “Our Father” prayer on it. Was really really nice

“I have always loved this baby store from when my mom used to take us here as kids and let us pick one item for our baby dolls. Now as an adult I shop here for all my friend's babies, and when I have a child someday, their wardrobe will be solely Carter's! You just can't beat their wide assortment of clothing and shoes, it's all so cute”

Though we were not able to find the exact items I needed, she told me to try online and explained the process of ordering the items to the store as well.Very sweet woman. Very patient.”
“Not here to talk about the shoes but here to say that I met a sales rep who heard me complaining about a pair of shoes on display and came up to me to help me find my size. He went way beyond to help me find what I wanted. I appreciated his help and his service. This was the san fernano store on brand. I think his name was Mysial . This guy went over and beyond. “Wish they had more than one or 2 checkout cashiers which can create waiting in line holding multiple pairs of shoes for 10-15 mins. Not easy for those of us with arthritic hands, weak knees and no place to sit and still must wait your turn. ?Be warned... No bags to hold multiple pairs of shoes unless you pay $1.00 for a large paper shopping bag I believe, and that only holds 2 maybe 3 pairs of shoes. Maybe bring in a shopping cart from the always busy grocery store and shop in comfort?
You would think they would encourage multiple purchases.
Doesn't stop me from donating old shoes and getting $5 reward points limited to donating once a week. Also lots of choices for womens' tennis shoes.”
“I’ve been to Shoe Palace several times and I’m always lucky enough to be helped by Angel. He helped me pick out shoes and made recommendations on what to wear them with. He has great style and his customer service is amazing. Not all employees will go around the store and help style you, he goes the extra mile. I come to this location instead of Topanga because of Angel’s customer service. Thank you again!!”
“Crown has the best quality competitive and practice shoes I've ever tried! I used them exclusively for the last few years of my competitive smooth career and now it's the only shoe I use for teaching (I love the leopard print teaching shoe). They're on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality and they outlast other shoes making it worth the money. Plus my feet feel better after teaching all day.”
“I like this place hole in the wall hard to find spots like this with ones you only hear about sometimes check it out they're on foot Hill boulevard just west of Van nuys coach shirts pants socks lots of socks and shoes I'm sure you'll find something you like I go two/ three times a month.”

“My wife and I stopped by this Loft store while we were inside Valencia mall. My wife shop at this store so she wanted to see what they have. When we walked inside, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. We told her that we were just browsing so she left us be. My wife went to look at their sales rack to see if anything stand out to her but none did. The store is a decent size and they had a bigger sales section at this store.”
“EXCELLENT for HATS! By far the lowest price around for a decent selection of up-to-date new era hats - probably one of the few/only authorized dealers in the area. They also have a tight selection of current-style casual shoes (mostly vans and some k-swiss, skechers) with some work shoe/boot options (mostly cactus brand) with good pricing if you need em. I picked up a pair of non-slip leather work boots since i needed some new ones anyways AND they were priced 20% lower than amazon so it was great will definitely be back!”
“Update: I appreciate the response from Julie. I like a company that pays attention to their reviews. I've changed my one star review to 4 because of the reply, and I'll give the store another try. I used to shop here a lot but hadn't been in for a while so last week when I was in the shopping center for something else, I went in since I need a couple of new pairs of sneakers. It was about 4:30p on a weekday so there were no other customers, just me and three employees. I walked around for a while and looked at all the women's shoe. I walked past each employee twice and not one of them made eye contact or spoke one word to me the entire time I was in the store. I took the hint and left without purchasing any of the shoes I wanted. Perhaps sales is not the avenue you should pursue.”
