“Went into the Newport Branch today. I was helped right away and did a payoff on my auto loan. Was a bit skeptical coming in due to all the bad reviews but everything was smooth and efficient. They said I receive my title to my car in about 3-4 weeks so just waiting on that. If it comes in the expected wait time, would definitely recommend this location.”

I happened to be traveling in the area and decided to give them a call since I could not find any better option in my local area. “I feel like this branch gets a bad reputation because of it's size and location. Let me clarify that this location is on PCH, already a busy location in an extremely affluent area. In addition this branch is on the smaller side and tends to be short staffed, but they make up for it with their excellent customer service and support. Most banks have you wait around for a teller so no big change here. They do their best to keep consumers happy and the lines moving. It gets backed up quite a bit but that's to be expected since it's literally on the highway. This is not my home branch but it is my go to since it's right next to the house and very convenient.”

Especially Feng (Jason) LI, who is skilled in business, has a serious and responsible work attitude, and is proactive. He was originally responsible for enterprise-level business, but when he saw that my English was poor, he took the initiative to help me deal with the problems left by my old account and established a new account. At the same time, he explained in detail many misoperations that need to be avoided in daily accounting processing. It took a lot of time. Nearly 3 hours, very patient, this is the best service I have experienced at Bank of America. Many thanks to Jason Li for his help.”
