“I went to Macy’s Fashion Island recently and want to shout out an employee: Tamy (Fatima) Saleh, who went above and beyond to help me and my friend. We were at the point of being totally done shopping. We had been running around already for hours looking for pants for a wedding and Tami’s friendly demeanor and willingness to take care of us was truly refreshing. She saved us time and gave us the opportunity to spend the remaining time we had together since he was in from out of area; which made all the difference. Otherwise we would have had to keep driving around to other stores and Macy’s to find these pants. Take care of this woman, Macy’s, cause she’s definitely taking care of your customers and reputation. 10/10 on her.”

“We had the best experience ever yesterday at Nordstrom. The associate that helped us in men's shoes was terrific. I believe his name was Michael. We bought a pair of On brand shoes about 6 weeks ago and one se got a hole in the mesh of the toe. We love the shoes and have several pairs from the brand and from Nordstrom. However, this particular shoe must've had a sewing issue or something because it was obvious the shoes still looked new. Michael didn't hassle us as all. He exchanged the shoes on the spot without a box. He looked up the receipt in the computer and we left with the new shoes. And we are still in shock at the amazing service we received from him and from Nordstrom. It is truly appreciated and we will definitely be loyal customers in the future. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.”
“I am very picky about my linens and Bloomingdale's always has the best. I bought the Hudson Park Collection this time in the 680 and 800 thread count. It's their higher quality so the price is a bit pricey but best to buy when they have their big home sale. Service was great. Eleanor helped me and she was very pleasant and helpful.”
“EXCELLENT SERVICE ! My wife and I headed over here on Saturday to have a look inside this store. We made our way up to the bedding section where we checked out a couple of Kluft mattresses for comfort levels. Then we wandered over to the linen section where we saw a Sferra duvet cover with a beautiful Parisian inspired floral pattern. We bought a very lovely Sferra goose down duvet just a few days ago at another Bloomingdale's store. Sales associate Jason was extremely helpful when we showed interest in the Sferra duvet cover with the beautiful floral pattern. We didn't buy but we will be back !”
