Isaac is super responsive, knowledgeable, kind, and not pushy at all. To be honest, the first time I went in, I had no intention of purchasing anything, but Isaac was so helpful and showed me almost every single bag in the store and by the end of my visit I felt so comfortable that I ended up getting a gorgeous bag. I love it and I get soooo many compliments on it every time I wear it.

With Isaac's help, I have purchased multiple bags over the last year and I love ALL of them. Isaac was so helpful in sourcing, and even helped me set up a wonderful Mother's Day surprise last minute for my mama!

I understand there have been a lot of safety issues recently in the Orange County area, so to all the people complaining about the lock the doors… Well… With smash and grab robberies, it kind of makes sense. I think it's much safer for the employees and the customers to have a door buzz policy. Like I personally feel a lot safer shopping there knowing that people have to be buzzed in. They also have a security guard which I appreciate.

My only complaint would be related to some of the official corporate policies — the Fashionphile corporate office lowballed me on some of my sale offers, so I did not choose to sell with them ultimately, but I understand they are not part of the team at this location. To their credit, the Fashion Island team asked for a reassessment and corporate came back with a slightly higher offer, not what I was hoping for, but I get that this is a resale business and there's a certain bottom line they have to hit for profit margins so it is what it is.

Can't wait to come back! I think it's time for a fun new summer bag…”
