“5 STARS ++ for the customer service department of HSTrading. I bought a couple of shirts back in middle of May and the 2x was a tight fit. Was gonna donate the parrot shirt cause it was just too tight, figuring it was like 6-7 weeks since I got the shirt. Sent short email to Customer Service and Terill A. answered back fast like overnigth. He offered to swap out with next size and did it 100% - fast and polite. Amazing support and service in this day and age! Will certainly be buying more from these guys in the future.”

“I’m a little late leaving this review, but this place deserves all the love! The owners are incredibly sweet and helpful. They carry a wide variety of beautiful clothing in all sizes, prints, and colors perfect for any occasion. What I really appreciated is that they’re happy to work with your budget, which made the experience even better. I found the perfect wine/gold sari for a rehearsal dinner, and we got a gorgeous colorful lehenga for my daughter for a wedding. They even helped us find jewelry to match her outfit perfectly. Everything was so stunning, it was hard to choose! Definitely recommend checking this gem out, support a wonderful small business!”

“I am editing my previous post to say that I am completely satisfied with the customer service I received from Sam’s Fine Tailoring as well as the final resolution to my return. I was initially not made aware of how Sam’s returns are processed. It is a two step return process where shipping and processing charges are returned separately so I received the refund in two parts. Once I spoke to John Anderson who helped me, it was all cleared up. I did receive a full refund as John Promised and I am very pleased.
Based off of my experience, I definitely support Sam’s Tailoring and appreciate the customer service they provided. John Anderson is an excellent Salesman who cares about his customers and makes sure to take care of any issues and follow up with phone calls as well as emails to get things resolved. I am completely satisfied with my experience with Sam’s and will continue to patronize this business in the future. Excellent customer Service.”

My daughter was really upset when she broke one of her tumblers twice they exchanged it for her the first time then when we got home it unfortunately broke again. The manager Kat was really nice over the phone with having no issue with returning it or exchanging it again for us. My daughter was really happy about it. “Hands down, Troy Lee Designs is the best brand there is. He should be in the motocross hall of fame. The man is a legend. I love this store. His motocross gear is the best gear on the market. Nothing fits me as good as the TLD SE Ultra line. I could do yoga in that. And no one on earth can better paint a helmet. I wish TLD did tattoos. ….and if the store worker doesn’t like your kid running around like a brat, then that’s because you deserve it. Kids are kids. The only thing worse is the parents who can’t keep their little monster in check. C’mon now.”

I called in on tuesday afternoon asking if they had dress slacks, a button up, and belt. the gentleman on the phone took his time verifying they had my sizes in stock before I arrived (I wish I remembered his name, but I believe it was RJ?). once I got there, I was so pleasantly surprised to see he had set up a fitting room for me with all discussed possible sizes, with my name already on the door. It created the most SEAMLESS, quick shopping experience. 10/10! Thank you for your kindness and help.”
