“I can’t get over how convenient it is to have a TJ Maxx so close to where I live. Around holidays and birthdays, this location is one of my first stops not just for good deals but great gift ideas. Their displays are well thought out and stocked from kitchen items to outdoor games to barbecue equipment. Sometimes the line is long due to it being a not-very-well-kept secret, but typically management handles the line quickly with over like 12 counters to process all those customers’ purchases.”
“I had a great experience shopping at this store, especially with a Sales Associate named Lana who helped me in the women's department. She was helpful and friendly. They also have a great fragrance and cosmetic section. I wish I had gotten the name of the young woman who helped me there, because she was patient and informed. The store was well stocked and busy, which in this economy is a good thing.”
“This is a useful stop when you’re already at Fashion Square and need clothes, shoes, cologne, makeup, gifts, or something for the house. I like having a full department store in the mall because it makes last-minute shopping a lot easier, especially when you don’t want to run all over the Valley.
Some parts feel a little older, and the experience can depend on how busy it is or whether you can find help, but overall it’s convenient and still a solid place to shop in Sherman Oaks.”
“I would like to highly compliment to employees. I was served by an assisted by Joshua sometime around 8 PM on Saturday. I had a very intricate issue going on with a credit and Joshua had Malcolm his supervisor to come over and this young man had a smile on their face the whole entire time I’ve never seen this and Customer Service I am 40 years plus experience in customer service so I think the two of them provided outstanding Service professionalism smiles. They did more than what was required. “I had ordered a few suits online for an upcoming meeting and decided to try on the jackets in-store to get a feel for the two different colors. I was heading to the mirror room and Ryan chose to accompany me although he really didn't have to.
Ryan engaged by making light conversation while I tried on my jackets and as we got to chatting, he revealed that he used to work in Washington DC and offered his opinion on the two suits I had purchased. I was grateful for his opinion as I am usually going it alone and ended up selecting a suit and getting it tailored with Nordstrom instead of with my usual tailor. It is a nice addition that Nordstrom also presses the suit for you after tailoring.
After we had finished all that I had mentioned to Ryan that I was in the market for new shoes and he was very helpful in recommending some dark brown options to accompany my navy suit, as opposed to my usual black dress shoes. I do think the dark brown looks much better and will be purchasing a pair.
Overall, Ryan made my experience at Nordstrom Topanga wonderful! We got a lot done in a short amount of time and I am ready for my meeting. Thank you, Ryan Faden!”

I've never had an issue with the source to keep up the good work everybody's so polite friendly and helpful”

“This location is stocked to the ceiling with lots of merch for your new home or apartment stocking and decorating needs. Almost a little too much, to a nauseating and claustrophobic degree, up to the ceiling and spilling out into the aisles. Lol. But if you need stuff, this is the place. Happiness.☺️”
“I felt out of place in there. The clothes on sale were strange and very expensive. Some always tried to spray perfume on me walking in and out. I am sensitive. A lot of bells and whistles but not much substance. How do these stores make money? Very flashy, loud music.”
“It's a great costco to shop, the clientele is diverse, so you find a lot of choices unlike other costco locations. And it has gas that is definitely better priced than most places.”
“This location has plenty of parking. Nicely organized and was asked several times of I needed help. Bathrooms were clean enough. Will visit in the future if in the area. Contains all the same stuff you expect to find at every Ross location.”
“Stumbled upon this place while searching for something new and decided to give it a try. They showed up right on time, which was a nice surprise. They did exactly what they said they would without any fuss. Everything went smoothly, just a couple of little hiccups with scheduling (but nothing major). Overall, pretty solid experience for a first timer.”
“Overall, this Nordstrom Rack is a good store with a great assortment of products, and everything is generally fine. The only frustrating part is the sunglasses section: most of the sunglasses are locked or protected, so you have to ask an associate for help every time you want to try a pair. It makes the shopping experience uncomfortable, especially for people with social anxiety, because you feel watched and rushed instead of being able to browse freely.”

“Marshalls in Studio City is one of our favorite places to shop. There is always a great selection of quality clothing at really good prices, and you can often find interesting and unique items. We have been coming to this store more than once and always leave satisfied. The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes shopping here even more enjoyable. Parking is almost always easy and available, which is a big plus. The store itself is very convenient and well-organized. We’ve bought clothes and travel suitcases here, and everything has been a great purchase. We definitely recommend this Marshalls to others and will continue coming back.”

“I took my wife to this Marshalls location to look for her makeup stuff. The prices on women makeup are very reasonable but it's basically what they have at the store so you can't order ahead of time. I found parking easily and the store is a good size with a lot of other products too. The customer service was great and they had a lot of cashier so the line wasn't backed up.”
