“I had such a great experience shopping for climbing gear at REI, and a huge part of that was thanks to Anthony. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to walk me through everything, explain the differences between products, and make sure I understood what I was buying.
What I appreciated most was that Anthony never made me feel rushed or pressured. He genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right gear for my needs rather than just making a sale. His knowledge of climbing equipment was impressive, and he was able to make the whole shopping experience feel easy and enjoyable.
Anthony was also friendly, personable, and clearly passionate about what he does. Having someone like him available makes a huge difference, especially when you're investing in climbing gear and want to make informed decisions.
REI is soooooo lucky to have someone like Anthony on the team. He provided outstanding customer service and made what could have been an overwhelming shopping trip a really positive experience. I’d definitely recommend asking for Anthony if you’re shopping for climbing gear!”
“I had a great experience shopping at this store, especially with a Sales Associate named Lana who helped me in the women's department. She was helpful and friendly. They also have a great fragrance and cosmetic section. I wish I had gotten the name of the young woman who helped me there, because she was patient and informed. The store was well stocked and busy, which in this economy is a good thing.”

“I felt out of place in there. The clothes on sale were strange and very expensive. Some always tried to spray perfume on me walking in and out. I am sensitive. A lot of bells and whistles but not much substance. How do these stores make money? Very flashy, loud music.”
“This Target is useful when you need to grab a bunch of different things without making separate stops. It works for groceries, household stuff, clothes, toiletries, electronics, snacks, and last-minute items. Like most Target locations, it can be busy and some sections can get picked over depending on the day, but it’s still convenient. Good location when you’re already near the mall area and need an easy errand stop.”
“This Ross has good options. I don’t usually find several things in one trip at Ross but today I did. The store was busy (I mean PACKED) but clean and surprisingly pretty organized.
What made our trip special though, was Rhia and Bertha’s customer service, friendly demeanor and dedication to their job. Their friendly and professional attitude is what inspired this 5 star review.

“I was in there to quickly shop for some jeans I saw online and was helped out by their employee named Noah. He was incredibly helpful and even recommended some other jeans that sounded like exactly what I was looking for and I would’ve loved to buy from him if I hadn’t been searching for a specific pair. Additionally he suggested different ways I could order them shipped to my home or to their store and even looked up what other stores had the jeans in stock. Incredibly helpful employee and though they didn’t have the jeans in my size I was very happy with my experience.”

“Went in looking for a dress to wear for a wedding and was found with lots of dresses! Most were a little too fancy for my liking lol Tried on one dress but didn't end up liking it. The fitting rooms were filled with clothes from people leaving in there and one of the doors wouldn't lock”
“I am a long term customer and corporate trainer. Erin, Handled a previous employees mistake like a pro. They were in control, managed expectation, and was professional. I'd like to see this person recognized and be a part of future training. Way to keep a cool head during the holiday rush. This is how customer service should be store wide.”
“My wife has been a customer here for several years. Fernando is awesome, takes his time is patient and excellent at what he does. With her disabilities it's difficult for her to sit for long periods of time and Fernando ensures she is comfortable.
Prices are good, and they have a good variety of product available.”
