“The owner, Billy, happened to be outside changing the squeegee heads. I was very excited. "Hey new squeegee heads!!" I saiid. He told me that he liked to change them frequently because he knows that it makes the customers happy. So nice!!! "In this ridiculous pandemic."I told him, "we have to be grateful/happy about the little things." It's a family owned & operated business, he told me. So NICE!! Honestly, lots of people out there don't think customer service is important. This guy has my business, most definitely!! Thank you, Billy.”
“The gentleman who all work here are always friendly and very respectful. Couple days ago I asked if they gave cash back (bought a chocolate) so I can get cash back Blanca didn't want to give me a refund back to my card when she knew the reason for the purchase was so I can get cash back. I left my receipt and chocolate there and called my credit card company (no worries fellas amazing customer service skills) still worth enough to give a five star.”

“The employees are always super helpful and super friendly my husband and I go here a lot to get gas and sometimes we walk up your Weber dogs to get snacks late at night so we made many friends with the employees here over the years”
“One of he lowest gas prices around, open 24/7. The only problem, late at night when I usually fill up, they take the squeegees inside to avoid petty people stealing them so my windows stayed dirty.”

“Okay i got here to calif. Fro m Washington State. All my plans went wrong! I ened up stuck at this Arco for 2 days. Gave mr a chance to watch what goes on here. If I lived here this would be my go to gas station! I am a good judge of character. Whoever the owner is, he did really really good when he pickrd this night shift guy as a manager. This man is the type of guy that if your were his neighbor for some time, you would remain friends for years. He is not a push over at all, quite the opposite. Strong moral character that makes some very sound decisions. I really like him. I bet his wife is very sweet and a great cook. Lol
Ok ok back to the gas station. You could probably eat off of the floor. This manager has integrity and doesnt waiver on that, yet if you need help he will be right there for you. He has a sensative bulldshit detector and wont put up with shenanigans! I do like this gas staion a lot. I bet if you dropped money on the floor, and the manger seen u drop it, he would be right behind you handing it to you and warning yo u to be careful where you put your money. This quality in a human is getting harder and harder to find. Im so glad I got to experience this place before I go all the way back to Washington. You just have to give them the full 5 stars for a review. They are awesome! I simply love this gas station!”

“I live right down the street from this place. It's the cheapest place for unleaded that I can think of. Downside is, you can't pump a tank of gas without someone trying to beg you for money or try to sell you something. Someone once tried to sell me underwear there, seriously?! The lines during the day are horrible, I'll only stop for gas here if there's a pump available. They don't charge you a fee to use your debit card so it's an advantage they have over Arco.”

I gave 5 stars for the attendant named Mark. He not only TALKED to me, he was FRIENDLY. And more than friendly, he has PERSONALITY. This is very rare in gas stations today. Most attendants simply go through the motions and get through the transaction. People like Mark can actually change the world. We never know what people are going through day to day. Bad moods are contagious, but so are good moods. We need more Marks. Thanks for being positive and genuine, Mark. Really.”

“I never write reviews, but this place deserves 5 stars. I forgot to get a receipt showing the gallons I purchased for work. The station workers were very kind to me and the owner hand wrote me a receipt and even offered to pull CCTV footage if needed. I'm in this area a lot for work and will make sure I fill all work vehicles here when I can! Pros: - brand new gas pumps (they put them in today!) - nice snack choices - kind staff and owner - cool masks available for purchase at the counter”

“Maaaaaaan traffic was super trash. I was driven as far as I could on E to get as close to home as possible before I got gas. After a few gnarly moves, flipping a couple birds I scooted in here on heelllaa fumes loolol The place was your average gas station. In general someone needs to come up with a better place to place pump numbers so you can find the damn number easy. By the time I find the d*** number and walk off I've already forgotten it and go looking for the pump number all over again. How come I can't just be like, "yea let me get 50 on that car right there"? smmh anyways - fine establishment. Pull up if you need it.”

“I always use this location, with no lines or other distractions. The team in the office is great, and they are always ready to help. Hey! guys, I understand that everyone has their own choices, and I respect everyone's comments but, because you had a bad experience you are not aloud to right only comments in my review. As I said, I always use this location because after traying all the others Shell stations around this is the one with the best customer services. I am so sorry that at the time that you got there something different happens to you, I keep this place as the best one for me. Hope you all can find your perfect place soon!!”

“Heading on our return trip back to the bay. Needed to find a quick gas stop before starting our trek. This spot is right off the 170. No one was here when we pulled in and the pumps are decently spaced with all of them functioning. Gas prices are pretty standard it seems. Did not use bathrooms or go in the store so cannot attest to that.”
