“Bus stop street lamps not functioning. Lots of debris at and around Bus stop. Bank has 2 walk up ATMs open 24 hours and 2 drive up ATMs also open 24 hours. Safe area.. heavy traffic until 11pm midnightish. BANK WAS recently painted and looks amazing. The painters did a great job better than most commercial crews I've seen. Hope this helps”

“In the afternoon of July 3th, 2024, I had an urgent situation which I needed to have resolved before taking my trip to the Bahamas on the morning of July 4th. Visited this BofA Porter Ranch branch, met with Oscar Vargas, the branch manager. He understood my need, immediately worked on it, and helped me get what I had needed - before the bank was closed. This kind of responsive customer service is a premium service to me. It's wonderful that when we need it in a rush, you are in good hands. I also noticed that almost every time I had stopped by this branch recently, this manager had always tried to move around asking clients standing in line to see what he could have helped with. Very helpful man! Impressed!

“I have never been inside this branch or dealt with anyone at this location. However, I have used the ATM quite often over the years and have never had a problem. The area surrounding these ATMs are well lit, so you can easily see if someone approaches you. In general they seem pretty safe.”

“Fast and simple, good to come early on a work week to avoid lines if you must use the tellers, but for ATM, they are located at the front as a walk-up machine, and the left side for drive thru ATM. The main entrance, though, is at the rear where there are also handicap parking spaces available.”
“they might be very restricted and atm of their own not much..but they let you use cvs and walgreens etc and no charge. yes they have restrictions but it saves us customers from fraud and many issues.i have been with them 22yrs.. they are a good bank and cautious for us .”
