Came to shop here . Gerardo was the kindest soul . I had questions . The female cashier we had seemed bothered and annoyed. He came over to help answer questions .Associates like him keep people coming back . Even after mediocre customer service from other employees . He is definitely management material .

It's an H&M. If you know it one place, feels like you know it everywhere. Always tons of clothes I want to buy, and they always have some really great clearance items if you spend the time to look. Clean store, didn't seem disorganised in any way. I was happy that no staff pestered me about help as well. 10/10 experience.
