19320 Nordhoff Way, NorthridgeListen, I am not a chill pet mom—unfortunately, I am not a cool mom. The world is scary, people hurt animals, and my babies have always been with me. Both of my cats are adopted, one is truly a work-from-home baby, and before this I had never spent more than one night away from them. We had also just traveled across the country, so leaving them anywhere made me incredibly nervous. When the photos I had been promised didn’t arrive that night, I went into full mom-and-unpaid-tech-support mode: clearing my cookies and cache, switching browsers, downloading the app on my phone, and wondering if I was somehow doing something wrong. When I finally called, they apologized and explained that the photos simply hadn’t been sent yet. I knew my babies were probably safe—I just desperately wanted to see their little faces because I missed them so much. Everyone here was incredibly kind, my cats were well cared for and seemed to have a good time, and they even sent us home with adorable goody bags. That kindness and reassurance meant more to me than they probably realize because trusting people with my babies is incredibly difficult. I genuinely appreciate how they treated all of us, and I will absolutely use them again.

I have 2 teacup yorkies. I showed them pictures how I wanted them groomed. When I picked up my babies they came out perfect.
The shop is very nice and clean. Lots of pictures of their work on the walls. They even texted me a picture of my puppies when they were ready. Would definitely recommend.

We’d used kennels with previous dogs and knew that we wanted a home from home this time, especially as one is really sensitive. We felt comfortable from the off with great communication and a first visit which immediately put our minds at rest. Rita kept us updated whilst we were away providing us with great reassurance. Our dogs had regular cuddles, socialised with other dogs and maintained their normal routine. We’ve made another booking to use this fabulous service! Thank you Rita and Matt ⭐️

Leslie is always so kind and you can tell they genuinely love the dogs. It’s hard to find a groomer that is not scared to do German shepherds and poor dogs at one time and Susan handles it like a champ.

In addition to being available for appointments, they conduct follow up calls...especially if the pet is going through something serious. If you call with questions, they call back in a timely manner. My dog Rose has been going to this vet practice since she was a puppy...she is 11 now. She is pretty healthy but as she gets older, she is experiencing more health issues and both docs have been amazing. And I also want to shout out to the staff. They are responsive and helpful...so yes, if you are looking for a good practice for your fur baby...this is it!

OOOOPS! they are not. I was charged $5 bucks more for my Adjaruli Khachapurl, but not sure about the Steak Shawarma Wrap, because it was not on the web menu. Overall the food was good.

Yes you sometimes have to wait in a long - longer line but I mean it’s super popular and they move the line relatively quick ( plus it’s totally worth the wait)! When I say this place is genuinely always a home feeling, i mean it!! i highly recommend Portos . Super consistent, staff is always working super hard , kind , and helpful to the menu items. Nothing beats this place, if you haven’t tried it yet you definitely need to. I’ve also been to almost ALL locations and I could say the same about them. Def hard working and deserve their five stars.

The seasonal beverage is a sour cherry striker, a delighful and fun variation of an espresso tonic that was amazing, presentation was also top notch.
Staff are friendly, space is well equipped, WiFi is scary fast and no one gave me dirty looks when I lingered after my 45-minute meeting to handle a few extra emails.
I don’t get to this part of LA often, but when I am in the area I’ll be returning.

These guys carne asada fries are the closest thing to the Lolita's ones I've been able to find in Los Angeles since I don't live in SD anymore. They are open late and the lady that always takes my order is very nice and makes sure to include salsa and radishes and lime every time without me even having to ask. Will keep coming back.
