She explained everything detailedly and how we were going to proceed. I enjoyed the hospitality and made me feel like i can trust her and LBS Financials. “Simply a great bank how are they unlike Bank of America, where i needed to setup an appointment to replace a lost/steal card really? So i called to report it on phone with BoA 2+ hour to get a live person.
At FPCU you can walk in and take to a rep on the spot worst case their busy you might wait 20 only once did i have to wait that long in over 7 years.
Only down side is they dont have any branch outside of california but their growing.”

I had inquired with AAA for there Auto Locater using there referral you get 500.00 credit towards your vehicle,went to Longo Toyota met with Fred Williams told him we were looking 2016 Toyota Tacoma SR5 he had one white with 35,000 miles.took Kathy the purchase order with our down Pymt,she was efficent with great customer service, and wanted to make sure I understand regarding down payment what I would pay in interest,she was thorough and we 100% Satisfied Members.Bonus was $200.cash back”

The branch is small but it doesn't matter, it gets the job done. Plenty of accessible and easy parking. Been banking with these guys for three decades and I just learned of this location!”
