“I had a crazy situation where my new phone arrived and before I could initiate the data transfer, I dropped the old phone. This damaged the screen which effectively made it impossible to see anything on the old phone before I could initiate any transfer. The guys at Yucatech made it possible for me to transfer my data fully from the old phone without having to buy a new screen for a phone I was going to be recycling. They were informative and helpful at a time I really needed the help. I can definitely recommend them highly.”

“I had a great experience upgrading my phone with Darius at the ATT Novato store. He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to look for ways to find me the best product. He also explained things in a way that made it easy for a non techie to grasp. There was another salesperson or manager there that day as well and he was fluent in Spanish and equally as helpful as Darius. I have had less awesome experiences at the Northgate ATT so I am always very thankful when it goes smoothly and is actually fun. I highly recommend this location and especially Darius for helping with any ATT products and upgrades.”
