I could tell that Melissa was very technically savvy and knew what she was talking about. “My S21 Ultra got wet last week (6/5/24) I took in my very old S8 Plus, 'Hugo' was very professional and knowledgeable, helped me get my old phone running until my newer phone dried out. Shout out to Hugo for his help and generosity with his time! I recommend this store to anyone needing a brand new cell phone or if you have a small issue with your current phone or service. Don't wet your Samsung devices guys unless you have a waterproof case!!! ?? The S21 dried out but it took a week and it wasn't damaged but it this could have been catastrophic and it was only 14 seconds underwater. ✅ ?”

“Patrick was so helpful in this store, I had upgraded my phone last year in December with a different sales associate and was supposed to get a promotion that unfortunately wasn’t applied. I went in after waiting a few billing cycles to see if the promo would kick in and I still had not gotten the promo. And Patrick took care of it. He was professional, polite, attentive and very friendly. I had all of the paperwork given to me the day of the upgrade so he processed the request to apply the promo on my account since the day I upgraded. He even called me back a few days later to let me know my promotion had been approved and had finally been applied and prorated. Thank you very much Patrick.”

“Checked out the ratings on this place before going to any other metro stores and they did not disappoint. Was in need of a new phone and a good deal. Celia was super helpful! She answered all my questions and even provided me with some helpful apps and gifted me a few goodies too. Even explained some perks and data reach from my previous provider that I didn't even know about. Service and experience was overall 10/10 and didn't feel pressured or like they were trying to oversell me on any devices or plans.”

“Incredibly happy with my experience and services. (I was having issues with my charger port connecting to my lightning Jack, and the back of my phone is very cracked) My phone is incredibly important to me and it holds a lot of value, so I always get panic whenever something happens to my phone. They were able to explain to me my phones situation in a way that was calm and easy for me to understand. And explain what they can confidently do for me. they explained to me their services and how they can help me. They made me feel stress free. They were all so incredibly nice to me throughout the process. Every conversation I had with all of them, was very genuine and honest. They really helped relieve my anxiety surrounding my broken phone. They provided great services, was able to get it fixed within an hour or so. Although the back of my phone is cracked, I was personally unable to get that fixed the same day. They were very understanding and was able to provide me a screen protector and protection phone case. Very pleased with the services, but overall the personal experience. And their store is very cute and fun.”
