How about zero stars? Sent my son, and daughter in law birthday cards. One in August, one in very early September. Neither received their mail. Pathetic. Not the first time either. DO BETTER!!!

Terrible customer service, management doesn’t know what they are doing. They don’t know how to properly address mail related issues and brush you off.
