Oaklandish: Civic Pride by Design Oaklandish started in 2000 as a public art project to celebrate Oakland's local history and unique cultural legacy. After years of creative stunts around the city, the Oaklandish brand of apparel was introduced to support their ongoing calendar of public events and annual Oaklandish Innovators Grant program. Their mission is to spread "local love" through their civic pride-evoking tees and accessories, while creating quality inner city jobs and giving back to the Oakland community. A portion of all proceeds is donated to grassroots nonprofits committed to bettering the city. Customers praise Oaklandish as the go-to place for Bay Area-inspired clothing and accessories. Great selection of oakland gear, caps,shirts, jackets and sweaters. My only complaint is they do not offer senior or veteran discounts. Would not recommend to a fellow vet!

The girl on the fruitvail store was not very pleasant or helpful‼️ But the guys at the downtown Oakland store were amazing friendly helpful I'm 75 years old and handicap and they went beyond to help me Thank you so much. Downtown Oaklandish.
