Extremely under-staffed. Been here twice during rush hour, line out the door, and only one person working. Stood in line for 30+ minutes both times just to mail a certified letter. People waited just as long and got turned away because they closed.

Never delivered my package to the apartment usps was supposed to and just gave it to an individual that doesn't have my name. This is the usps spot that just let someone have my prescription glass. Hope they have the eye problems that I do
