Even before I asked for help, she kindly stepped in and took care of everything for me—just because she noticed I seemed unfamiliar with the process. She printed out documents, explained what I needed to do, and gently walked me through every step. In fact, while teaching me, she did most of the work herself.
I truly hope that life always gives her the very best, as effortlessly as she gave her kindness and care to me. She’s a rare and beautiful soul who makes the world a better place just by being in it. I only wish I could do something big in return to show my appreciation.”

These amazing people pick up auction items that I buy in Alameda, and they either ship them to me or store them for me until I can come and pick them up. They are the best shippers I have ever used...nothing is ever damaged when it arrives, and they are incredibly affordable for the services they offer. I'm buying fragile antiques, and they get them across the state completely undamaged. “Follow the route guide on previous posts. The streets are tight, have to button hook the right onto Hamilton. I have seen worse, this wasn’t bad. Drive through a residential so be careful. The gate you turn into will automatically open. I came through with a 53’ spilt axel and sleeper and didn’t have any issues.
Once you turn in, turn left in the warehouse and park at the slanted spots. Check in door is right across from the spots. I checked in and untarped and unchained. They were quick, came up to me and said once I unsecured they could unload me. In and out quick. My appointment time was at 3:30pm. I showed up at 9:30am and was out at 11:15am. Good stuff”
“I called the phone number re picking up packages mailed US Mail and should have said US Mail instead of USPS. You can't actually pick up a package here if it is mailed US Mail and you aren't paying $176 for a small mailbox for 3 months. The people here are nice and patient the customers can be rude and demanding and complain about pricing like I'm doing but at least I appreciate them.
You could have got your free 20 pages to print out at the Piedmont library by walking 2 blocks up the street.

The person who took care of me was very nice and really helpful. He knows his job, they are doing the fingerprinting in a separate room, they have a small fan to help with sweaty fingers and the person helped me position my fingers on the machine. It worked perfectly!
I went to this place after a very bad experience with the one in San Francisco where I was basically told that my fingerprints were not good enough. But guess what when the person in charge knows their job, it’s working!”

“I had to come here to pick up something from UPS. UPS dropped a package here for me without my consent. I do not know why I paid for UPS shipping and then have to go pick it up somewhere. Shipping is supposed to come to me, anyways the lady was nice and the store is clean and have a lot of mailing supplies in stock.”

“I have been shipping goods to VN since 2019. It's just taking long to wait when I stop by a busy time, otherwise the team are very nice. They are young and friendly. The boss is even more professional. Compared to other cargos, I feel like I got the best rate here. Specially the rate for sending money, after the Covid time, some other cargo has increased the the cost but VN cargo is still keep the same rate (1% /$100 if send to Sai Gon, and 1.5% /$100 if send to other city in VN). I would like to recommend this cargo service to everyone I know and whoever that convenient with this location.”
