“I love this store! I've been there to buy shoes twice and also dropped by for a community run they do every Sunday. Each time I've been here, the customer experience has been beyond wonderful. Ellis helped walk me through many shoe options best fit for my needs on both occasions and helpfully explained the differences between the shoes, what they do, and guided me through the decision making. At one point I was staring at the nutrition shelf since I'm new to them and the crew at Renegade let me take them home to try! I really did appreciate that since I was so clearly lost. Will definitely be back and continue to return for all my future shoe endeavors.”

“Great help finding some comfy shoes. They have shoes that fit me comfortably. I have wide feet and was able to find something. My wife found some shoes that she likes(shes been on the lookout for a few months). The best part is that the prices are good. There is a clearance section in the back with a lot of different styles of shoes. They carry steel toe, running, walking, and even slip resistant shoes(to name a few kinds). I'll be coming back to get some more shoes in the near future. Maybe even check out some of the clothing options if I have some extra time. “Today I had the most overwhelming positive experience at Lululemon I've ever had at a retail store. Jelani (sorry if I misspelled your name) and Ruby had exceptional customer service from start to finish. Before I stepped in today I called to preface my concern. I had 2 shorts and a a jogger that had ripped on them so I wanted to see if there was any opportunity for it's repair. It was Jelani who answered the phone and gave me an honest and straightforward answer on how the repair process worked. Ultimately she directed me to come into the store for them to review. Upon walking in I was greeted by Ruby who already set the scene for a positive experience. We spoke about my tears and she ensured that in a weeks time I'd have a response on if it can be repaired. While there I continued to shop and like always I found things that fit me perfectly. After trying things on Jelani came to me and asked if I was the person she was on the phone with. Once it was determined my products were damaged to the extent of repaired Jelani quickly took action to ensure I left better than I arrived.
