Nice people who work there now. I appreciate what they do for us. Long waits sometimes though. Wish USPS would provide them with another employee to help reduce the line. And, wish there was a separate line for picking up from my PO Box, but very nice that there is a kiosk on the premises. Overall, I’m happy with this... read full comment

Hell on earth. Filthy. Smelly. Rude and belligerent staff. I assume since USPS workers have a union, they are pretty content doing the bare minimum required of them. The entire USPS is a disgrace, and the Piedmont station is a perfect example.

Easy and Friendly to get passport ! Just make sure you got everything copy from ID (back + forth), photo, etc.. worker will help print out if you needed too
