I drove here to mail some packages at 3:45 this afternoon and they were closed (supposed to be open until 4:30). Took me 15 minute to find parking and walked 5 blocks just to find they had closed early. Thanks for that!

This is now a PO Box only facility. I drove 20 minutes because it was "open until 4:30 pm". The doors were open but I couldn't find a service counter anywhere.

They work so hard.They are so under resourced.I appreciate any bit of kindness they can spare and they are pretty efficient considering all they do!
