They take their time. When you don't have 2 or more hours don't come. It is taking forever. I knew which phone I needed but doesn't matter... they are trying to sell other items and more...what a waste of time. I just need my upgrade phone and leave this place.

Ethan Lyles at this Verizon store is awesome! Knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. Beside fixing my problem (I couldn't get my iphone to take my thumbprint), he explained my phone to me. Even though I'd bought it there eight years ago! And all at no charge. GREAT SERVICE!
